I truly don’t think the stay could be any better!

Nadia & Thierry was such fantastic hosts - I’ve never stayed in a place like it. After travelling on a last minute solo trip, all my anxieties were eased tremendously by Nadia who went out of her way to make me feel as comfortable as possible - including putting me into a taxi at one point when I was going to be late to a riding lesson! The breakfast is huge and the honey especially is delicious - I found that I was often full until late lunch/early dinner, and the terrace was a beautiful location each morning. The room itself was very comfortable and had everything I needed and more for my stay. Decor was traditional and beautiful. Finally - the area is fantastic, initially hesitant as it was further away from the beach as others I had seen, it was a very short walk to the beach front, and it was nice to be in a quieter area away from the busy roads. I really enjoyed hearing the cockerels and going to a nearby waffle stand.

20-25 min walk to medina, but in a very quiet area, so really suited us. easy 10 minute walk to beach. As with most riads, sound echoes, so we were conscious of not letting children be too noisy.

When the cleaning ladies came to fix the room, they moved our things (suitcases, bags, jackets) around which was kind of strange. It didn’t bother us a lot, it was just a little annoying because we had to search for our things around the room. Didn’t ruin the stay but they should stop doing that :)

The riad is beautiful, the room was clean and comfortable. Delicious breakfast. Nadia was really friendly, she gave us recommendations not only for Essaouira but for the rest of our trip as well.

I highly recommend this place for a stay in the beautiful City of Essaouira. Unfortunately my husband and I stayed just 1 night in Essaouira but will defenitely book this place again for Our next stay. Nadia is an Amazing host who is very professional but still interested in her guests. We had a nice Chat. Though she could Not welcome US personally she Took care that we were welcomed nicely. Thank you Fatima! She made Sure via phone that we had All we needed und greeted US warmly as soon as we met. The Room was one of the cleanest, nicest and best equipped room I ever stayed in. Breakfast Was great. You can book this place with closed eyes and won't be disappointed.

You're in proper downtown Essaouira, so there's a bit of hustle and bustle on an evening. But that calms down. And it's much quieter and more relaxed than the medina thereafter. So this aside, there's really nothing to complain about. For the money, it's excellent.

Nadja is a superb host. Engaging and interested. She runs a really tight ship and is a delight to deal with. It's impeccably clean, the rooms are well appointed and the breakfast is great too, taken up on the roof terrace. Good Wi-Fi is also a bonus, both in the room and the communal areas.

The owners have a very personal approach, are always ready to explain, inform, help and guide you and take a personal effort to ensure everything you want to do goes very smoothly and friendly. Very nice breakfast on the beautiful terrace The review score we saw when booking was very high, and therfore so were our expectations which all came true or even better. Even before I arrived I was made to feel welcome and so I was looking forward to my stay with Nadia and Thierry. My two days there exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere of the riad is friendly, calm and peaceful, so clean and with nice furnishing throughout. My room had everything I needed. It was bright and well ventilated but also private and quiet at night. The bed and pillows were comfortable, with high quality sheets. All of the furniture was not only functional but attractive too. The design of the bathroom was cute, with the clever detail of the shape of a medina wall on top! The ladies working hard to keep it clean do an excellent job - everything is immaculate. Downstairs there are comfortable sofas with interesting books. Upstairs, at the rooftop, there are a few different areas to sit, in or out of the sun and the Essaouira breezes. I really liked having breakfast up there. The breakfast itself is generous, with fresh foods, and everything presented very nicely. For me, the location was perfect, with easy access to the beach. There are local eateries nearby, including cafes and patisseries. Or it's a very pleasant walk along the seafront or beach to the medina. As a solo female this walk felt safe at night, as there are still many people around plus Essaouira has a very relaxed atmosphere. Overall, the riad is a very well organised place, made exceptional with the hosts' hospitality. Nadia was very proactive in checking that I was having a good stay. I would have liked to have stayed longer and would definitely return. I certainly recommend this place to stay for its quiet charm and excellent value. The best riad we stayed in during our trip to Morocco. Nadia was an amazing host. The riad is beautiful, clean and tidy, so was the room. The breakfast was the most complete we had during our trip. Good location close to the beach in a quite street.

Bed old and uncomfortable, location is far from city Center , very noisy place, peoples were talking outside our room until 3 am on the top of that seagulls are in the top of this property room and they are very noisy and we couldn’t sleep until the morning and our stay in the false Riad was awful experience , bad breakfast, very tiny room with an open roof toilet inside the room. staff not helpful to help us to upgrade our room, she is only interested for your money, what you see in booking. com is completely not true most review are false also it is not a true Riad and most Riad are located inside the Medina in the city Center. i advice you not to book in this false Riad
