Door to the corridor did not isolate that well, we heard some fighting drunk people in front of our door in the middle of the night. Too much sweet stuffs for BF.

The property is centrally located to some wonderful cafes and restaurants as well as a small mall. I was there to celebrate a milestone birthday with my family including my elder parents and siblings. Mr. Amine Berada went above and beyond to ensure we had one of the most memorable trips! From fresh flowers to treats and an upgrade to a suite, everything was beyond our imagination. The facilities were clean and very comfortable, the pool area is quaint and well maintained. Great breakfast with so much variety to satisfy all appetites. We can’t wait to visit again! Special thanks to the general manager Amine, for being so hospitable and kind!

Staff were wonderful and always accommodating. The hotel itself is located in a beautiful location jusy by the marina with amazing sea views and within walking distance to the medina. The rooms are spacious, beds are comfy and shower was nice and hot. Breakfast was lovely too with a selection of pastries, hot food, an omelette station. The manager Amine is a man in a million, a gem. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

We spent one week in the hotel Marina Bay. I would say it was our best choice. The good location, very good food and we had an amazing comfortable staying. The personal is very friendly and very helpful. I would like to say special thanks for Amine Berrada for the warm welcome and constant help. We feel like we are at home. We will come again!

BREAKFAST : acceptable but not up to expectations (for example, the cappucino was bad) NOISE : the street below is very noisy even at 3 am (honking and shouting even during the week) CLEANING: in 4 days my room has not been vacuumed (or so badly that it was invisible)

I got a free upgrade. The location and view are excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice decoration of the interiors. The room was quite spacious.

Amazing hospitality from the moment we arrived. Especially Mr. Amine, Director of the hotel took care of us personally, we received an upgrade and he gave us many recommendations such as restaurants and city must do's. Very professional and friendly staff in every level. Plus great location, has fantastic view of the marina and minutes walk from the old city. Super clean, modern styled rooms and comfortable stay. The hotel has a lovely poolside which was a bonus for us. Breakfast was great with large selection ! Have not enough words how to thank for that unique experience. I recommend strongly!

Hotel decor is an attempt at funky as it trades its name on past celebrities who have stayed there: but it misses. Our suite was huge but the decor was disjointed and it felt a little cold. Restaurant was very dated. No real welcome or breakfast instruction. We just found a table and headed to the buffet. Only egg offering was omelette. Other options were good.

We arrived at the hotel to a very warm welcome, an upgrade (the Churchill Suite; apparently he stayed in the room) and a welcome call from the hotel manager. The view from the room was amazing. The hotel has a killer position on the waterfront and could be the city's premier hotel with an overhaul. Our hotel experience was a series of hits and misses. What saved my overall impression of the Marina Bay Hotel was the assistance from hotel porter Joed (apologies if I don't have the correct spelling). It was the first day of Eid Mubarak and we left the hotel to try and find a sim card (roaming wasn't working on my phone) and pick up a booked hire car near the train station. We returned to the hotel with neither, having been told by people we asked that the hire car office would be closed. We couldn't call and another hotel on our walk did but said they didn't answer and would definitely be closed. We were told by the Marina Bay reception that they couldn't call a mobile?!?! But Joed asked us to follow him and walked us through streets til he found us a vendor who sold us a sim. By that time I was able to ring the hire car number to discover they had opened late in an obscure office and our problem was solved. Thank you Joed.

The bar had an attentive server but was actually not very much of a bar, more of a set of padded chairs and tables. The pool lacked a hot-tub.

Located on the main boulevard across from the ocean front, it was a short distance to shopping, dining and the old city. The room was large. The buffet breakfast was very good with a large selection.

Bar wasn’t really a bar just a sitting area that served drinks and no in hotel restaurant in the evening.

Short walk to the heart of the Medina and old town with fabulous sea views. The interior of the property is modern and clean and belies the slightly tired exterior. Really good sized rooms, friendly and professional staff and an excellent breakfast.

It was a little cold and the air conditioner didn't warm the room. The capsule coffee maker was faulty.

Big and comfortable room with great views and good breakfast. The hotel staff kindly helped to park the car and recommended a restaurant nearby.
