The lighting in the room was extremely dim. The bathroom had no glasses or bathmat, which was a problem because there was no shower curtain and the floor was wet and cold after showering. They didn't provide bottled water.

Staff was really nice and they prepared a delicious dinner for us, even though it was a bit last minute. The tea was one of the best we had in Morocco. We loved the "chalet" feeling of the hotel. The room was very spacious and beds were comfortable.

The wifi can be accessed in the common area only. Not even in your room. Iron is not available. The way to the hotel is quite challenging when you arrived at night.

The heater is working so well even in the toilet. The staff is friendly. The dinner was good! The breakfast was okay. The interior is nice! Parking is provided.

It was difficult for us to communicate with them as they do not speak English. It was also difficult to order the dinner. I think is a hotel more suitable for local people.

The pool was empty fue to dhir6ahe of water. I'm kit dure if thus was stated in the brochure.

I had a very pleasant here. It was yitally different from other places in Morocco. There are magnigicent views fiwn into the valley.

The swimming pool was empty (only seasonal opening) even though the outside temperature was 35 degrees and higher. There were no soft drinks available the first day, when we asked for them. But the second day (shops were open), they still had no soft drinks available. From the distance, the hotel had a nice 'Mountain lodge' style but when you looked closely into the details, there was obviously a lack of 'finishing touch'.

It is a nicely located hotel with potential. The staff is doing their best with their service but forget to really listen to what the customer needs and act accordingly (see what I wrote about the soft drinks).

Hotel is located in the middle of nowhere. Nowhere to go for a walk. There is 17 min drive to nearest city. The hotel is worn out both inside and outside. Looks like it has never been finished and already got old. Surrounding of the hotel is also not developed so there is nothing to do outside. No wifi in rooms, only at the reception area. Restaurant is expensive comparing to restaurants in town. The price of the rooms is high and doesn’t correspond to the standard offered. No card payments.

Very supportive and friendly staff, very spacious hol and common space. Great view from the windows in the rooms located upstairs. Very good breakfast and marocan tea.

The location itself of the place, the hotel is 19 mins drive from Ifrane, if Ifrane wasn't your number 1 plan, then you're good, however if Ifrane was your main reason, then I'll suggest you think again. For me, it was not a big issue, my little car handled that 19 mins pretty well even though the road to the city was not really that good !

The hotel is beautiful with all the decorations, so calm and away from the noise, if you want to get away from the city life, definitely it's the place!
