The music was very loud for rooms near the pool. Difficult to sit outside one’s room in the afternoon and chat to family with loud noise.

Lots of mould on the tiles in the bathrooms of both rooms I booked. Bedrooms are dated and in need of upgrading. Front reception ladies put on a friendly persona but are totally inefficient; they are unable to assist with most requests. Their rehearsed line is “sorry I can’t help” with a broad smile on their face. The lady who checked me in was particularly poor. I observed her with the couple ahead of me too. No explanations provided about the resort. Was told to read the information in the envelopes- next! The Spa is over priced for the pathetic service you receive. The ladies are more interested in siting at the reception and chatting to each other than paying attention to the guests. Did a 50 minute duo hammam, wrap etc with my wife- the therapist Essia(?spelling) spent less than 10 minutes in total with me. We were left to sit in the steam chamber/sauna for 30 minutes(meant to be 10 minutes) and then in a plastic wrap for another 30 minutes, while she could be heard talking at the top of her voice and laughing uncontrollably at the Hamaam reception area. Better and much cheaper Spas are available off the property.

The property is beautiful. Grounds and pool and superbly maintained. Restaurant, pool staff and security at the hotel are the best I have ever experienced. Special mention Zohair in the restaurant, Tarek at the pool and Habib in security. Excellent staff members who go beyond the call of duty to keep guests happy.

The lunch menu was not great, but that didn't bother me as I never use it apart from 1 time. The breakfast and dinner menus are all good and fresh.

The staff was amiable and helpful. The bar team are excellent.

Staff at the reception was one of a kind and safed me. My credit card was not working the night before my flight back went. She helped me out with her personal money to rent an airport taxi. Overall very friendly people.

No heated pool outside as it stated on the website.We couldn’t swim at all because the water was very cold so it’s a shame spending so much money and not to use the pool . Also not a 5 star as no bath robes or slippers on the rooms and no hair conditioner

For what we paid we would have expected more from a 5 star hotel. They really need to make sure all counters are full at breakfast and dinner. Sometimes we had to wait for 10 mins or more just to get crepes, also there was never enough cutlery. The orange juice and soya milk used to run out and it took sometime for it to be refilled. The cocktails were not made to a good standard and were very sweet, even though the facilities were good, the staff probably needs more training to give that truly 5 star experience.

Great location, the beach is beautiful although it can be unclean sometimes with camel faeces in the sand and some littering. Good sized room, missing slippers and ironing board, the AC didn't seem to work sometimes so we had the fan on. Breakfast and dinner had quite a choice of foods especially all of us being vegetarian. The service was good too although the girls at reception could do with smiling more. Awesome pool and access from our room was good as we were on the ground floor. Entertainment at night was ok but the same entertainers used to be involved in keeping us active during the day with darts, bingo, aqua aerobics etc... which was good.

wasn’t possible to get a booking in any of the a la carte restaurants during our 5 nights, which was a bit disappointing.

the rooms need updating. for a five star hotel, no dressing gowns or slippers. no snacks in minibar, had to ask five times for beds to be changed to twin room despite requesting this in original booking. could do with another bar, lobby isn’t the greatest place for entertainment. big much snacks available at bar outside of restaurant times. we asked for iron as there was non in the room, 500dh deposit. I found this quite bizarre considering five star all inclusive. having to take money out of atm with charges for a deposit seemed a bit odd. also, at reception they never informed us to book in advance of two other restaurants. for three days we asked& they were constantly booked out. we had to argue we were only here for 6days and everytime we asked to book even days in advance they were booked out. we finally got two bookings but that was after speaking to a manager. to our surprise, the restaurants on both nights were at half capacity which I found strange especially when we were originally told they were booked out. hotel is very nice but with all mentioned above is it think it deserves five star rating. I’ve seen better four star hotels world wide. hotel has room for improvement.

A fab hotel-staff and food excellent. Bealfast delivery to rooms was a nice touch and was excellent.

Some limitations on room connectivity. Only one charging spot in one side of the bed including Lights and sockets disabled in one side of the bed. One of the room should have been two single bed rather one King side was provided. Gym in the morning during our entire stay didn't have towels. Inside shop closed at 4pm.
