PortugalThe hotel was very clean and well maintained, just by the beach. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was big, clean daily, and had a small garden in the back with grass, a table and chairs. There were plenty of sunbed chairs and spaces to relax by the pool. Big variety of food in the buffet, and the lunch and dinner always had different dishes.

Liked how much space there was on the property you never felt like you were on top of other holiday makers. Also the accessibility to the beach where you have a sectioned area owned by the hotel. United KingdomNo table service, WiFi was poor round the pool area. Had really bad stomach for 2 days, not sure if it was the food or the ice so stayed away from both and ate out after that.
Place was kept clean, staff in the bars and the poolside entertainment was exceptional however reception left a lot to be desired. Big mention to Abdullah from the pool table area and Khalid behind the bars! Legends!

United KingdomDid have a giant cockroach but room changed quickly. it’s inclusive , good selection of foods and could do with more maybe Indian dishes. Fresh fruit desert a complete let down as outside there was an enormous cheap choice of fruits . We usually had apples , pears , bananas and plums. Chef needs to get out more and see what’s available .

Great hotel in Agadir! Very nice swimming pools. Staff is friendly and makes you comfortable. Food is a good variety and we didn't get sick of water or fruits. Kids Club does not offer a lot and the playground is in the sun without shade. Good for kids who are happy with pools and beach.

IrelandLike for 4 stars hotel, was everything perfect apart from…….. hotel room. We got two separate beds-made in one big one, mattress was so hard, the most uncomfy I’ve ever tried in hotels, room could get new furniture, this one looks so old and the air in the room feels like wet, I liked the bathroom tho, very nice rain shower. We had standard room but like for 1200€ for 2 ppls, one week all inclusive was expecting higher quality in the room. Also going there in September won’t be the best idea , from our 7 days trip we’ve got just ONE SUNNY DAY!!! I know it’s not about hotel but if you want enjoy swim pools and everything what hotel offer - is good to have weather to. Very disappointed about weather in beginning of September, very happy about food and swim pools with gardens, disappointed about room .
The best in this RIU hotel was food. Very high experienced cook chef’s doing amazing meals for all quests,cakes and sweets are unreal. Everyday something special and different for lunches. They tried them best to make us happy from food. We liked swim pools too, lovely gardens and all hotel workers were so kind and nice to us, we felt very welcoming there. Also nice shop in the hotel,good prices, very kind from them that nearly every day they let someone from outside to come and sell some stuff in hotel’s area. Cleaners also very good taking care of the rooms.

United KingdomI didn’t like breakfast, it wasn’t much of a variety. Everyday was the same thing. It got boring after 2 days. The indoor pool definitely didn’t feel heated, felt just as cold as the outside pool.
I loved the Moroccan tea. I love how clean the hotel was and how friendly and helpful the staff was. The location was really good. 30mins from the airport and the beach was at the hotel doorstep. The city Center isn’t far as well.

United KingdomWhat was not good about our stay: In our view, the only thing that let's the hotel down are the rooms. The rooms are not to the high standard of the rest of the hotel. 1. They need updating and better maintenance in terms of cleanliness and stopping ants from getting in 2. White towels provided in rooms are not always clean 3. Beds are not so comfy and all rooms only had twin single beds. No option for a large double or king. 4. Bathroom doors inside rooms provide little privacy and cannot be locked. Very strange concept to us 5. Although the pools were very enjoyable, could do with removing the black mould from the floor of the pool. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay at the hotel and would love to return one day. Certainly we would recommend to everyone. We do hope however that the management do consider improving the standard of the rooms.
What was really good about our stay: 1. Superb Location on the beach 2. Quality of food was amazing. 3 restaurants on site all served very good food. Although food does become very samey everyday, we still enjoyed it very much. 3. Majority of staff were very friendly and helpful. Othman at reception always had a smile and helped us a lot with sorting out the issues with our rooms. 4. Hotel grounds are exceptionally beautiful and well maintained 5. Family friendly environment
