Apart from the fresh juices at breakfast and the fizzy cokes, 7ups etc, the machine drinks were awful, horribly diluted and tasteless. There was not one occasion or place where we were happy with these drinks. Also the buffet foods were a bit boring after a couple of days, sometimes food was reused and it was obvious they just threw some old food together but it actually didn’t work!

The room and balcony were a bit out dated and could do with some renewing. There are no lifts at the resort which made it difficult since we travelled with our baby and our room was on the first floor. The spread of food was good and very tasty but some days it was a bit repetitive but that is understandable considering it is quite a large resort.

The staff at reception and restaurants were very helpful, friendly, polite and welcoming. The restaurants, lounge areas, pools are very well maintained. Booking a table at the smaller restaurants is very easy and quick, and very useful if you want a quieter and intimate meal, away from the larger crowds. Overall food was good, entertainment was good, and the resort looks great.

I would say I expected better foof from RIU brand. The breakfast was every day the same, with actually only the waffles and omlet acceptable. I thought no-one can ruin the "English Breakfast" but somehow they managed to do that with beans and bacon being just awful. The dinner was a bit better but again you would expect to change slightly from day to day - yes there was a "dish of the day" but beside that all just bearable. On the contrary if you have reserved the "asian" restaurant - the food was very good there. The staff was nice, but they had tendency to be skiving, the most annoying fact was closing the parts of restaurant tables even before closing time of the restaurant to avoid have to clean them. Especially once the waiter told me that the balcony (one of the nicest place to eat) is closed almost 30 min before closing the restaurant, we had to really be assertive to use the table we wanted.

In general the hotel is very nice. Located right at the beach, with access to the long local walk with which you can go all the way up the marina. The hotel is quite big, with three pools, two special restaurants, and two standard ones. The pools are very nice big and very relaxing. The rooms are quite spacious, however they have their best times behind. The wardrobes are not closing properly, the ceiling in the bathroom is falling into pieces etc. The garden with the pond is great and you can hear frogs every night, the tenis courts are available for free although if you play better to have your own racket.

Staff were particularly friendly. The best waiter was Azeez who was so kind and always looking to help. The girls in the spa were also lovely and attentive, the girls that gave a massage (I think both their names are Jemmima) were amazing and so friendly. Made the experience so enjoyable and comfortable.

This was my 3rd stay at the hotel. During that time guest standards appear to have gone down hill. Dressing for dinner seems to have gone out the window which was disappointing and I felt brought the overall standard down which is a shame. Staff are amazing always, the biggest let down were other guests just behaving rudely, where are peoples manners. I probably won't teturn as whilst the hotel and staff are great, the standard has dropped - if dress code was perhaps enforced it would raise standards once again

I didn't like the extremely windy conditions at sometimes usually in the evening. The air conditioning not working properly was little discomforting. Seeing ants in my room was unpleasant but the staff responded immediately to resolve the issue.

Actually I had a great time and loved the location of the property. The entire staff was excellent and very kind helpful people. I'm not one to complain but I have to admit that things weren't exactly perfect. There were unexpected winds most days that no one had control of so there's no one to blame. We did encounter some ants in our room that was a little unpleasant, along with the air conditioning not working properly so some of those cool winds did come in handy. Both issues were immediately addressed when I notified staff However the air conditioning was not resolved. All said that didn't stop us from enjoying our stay and would most likely come back again in the future.

The food tastes very bad especially dinner. The only okay food is breakfast. As a moroccan, I was very disappointed on how bad the moroccan food here is as it does not taste like the original dishes at all.

Hotel is in a perfect location right in front of an empty beach that looks more private. The workers are very nice and friendly. Rooms are very spacious and the beds are comfortable There is always an activity to do during the day and you get unlimited food and drinks. The pool is very spacious.

The reception staff were not very welcoming and friendly. When we first arrived at the hotel, we weren’t greeted by anyone. When we were checking in, the lady who served us was getting annoyed and frustrated at us asking questions, and it seemed her attention was elsewhere. One of the waiters also showed his annoyance at the mess my 11 month old made on the floor and high chair during meal times which was not nice to see.

The property was clean thanks to the cleaners who were working very hard even in the hot weather. The animation team were very friendly.

the room/bathroom was a bit outdated, but it was clean/OK. can't say my bed was too comfy but it was OK for 1 week stay. I wish Hotel had more food variety during the week.

Location was great, straight on the beach front, beautiful surroundings inside the resort. Great Spa, very friendly and helpful staff. Liked seating area inside the main building and live music.. Good size balcony.

With more than 450€ per night for our family (2 adults & 2 children) the condition of the rooms, towels and food could be a little bit better.

Very good hotel and best stuff I see bevor! You don’t need to go outside, everything is in the hotel. Biggest Lobby, live music, karaoke, billiard, hamam & SPA, Volleyball, Pingpong and much more with very good quality animation.
