The only teeny tiny thing is that there was different information in the app and the one that was actually correct e.g. check-out times or dinner times. But apart from that really nothing else.

The best hotel we have ever been at. Truly exceptional services and amenities. Great location, food and staff. We are already planning to book another vacation in this hotel!

Some staff members did not speak English, and the security outside was almost not letting me in with the taxi as i did not directly find my badge in the back seat.

I like that the staff made us feel very welcome and took care of us and our needs. Felt well taken care of and food was good, and a lot of options.

No tea and coffee facilities in our room. Need to be more, smaller table seating options, we often had no choice but to sit at an 8 top and felt we had to rush to free it up. A second sink in bathroom would be nice, but not a deal breaker.

Spacious room, nice balcony, generally quiet room. Staff promptly dealt with a very noisy family. Well maintained property, excellent gym, though free weights on large gauge bar need many more options. Good food options with plentiful quantity and healthy options. Very clean common areas. Beach facilities good, plenty of space and loungers and very pretty setting with dunes to the south of the property. Would definitely return.

Nothing really. I think it's important to be aware that it can be very windy (this happened one day) so we couldn't go to the beach.

It was very relaxing, all the team were very helpful and kind. It was our first time being all inclusive and it definitely made life very simple. The beach area was lovely and the pools are good too (and usually very quiet.)

The only thing i would say 24hr room service would be an advantage.

The resort was beautiful, the grounds was lush and green. There was plenty of activities on site. The resort is on the beach with beautiful sunsets. Food was excellent plenty of choice and great service. They displayed lovely flowers in our room for our honeymoon stay which was a lovely surprise.

Very good all inclusive hotel. Nice location away from the main crowds, direct access to the beach, super friendly and helpful staff. Good food variety and amenities (swimming pools, spa, surfing school, gym, etc).

I appreciated the team hard work to make the stay exeptional, many activities and themes so guests don't feel bored, food to upgrade and, sometime good the other time not really, I loved the facts that the director is always around, I haven't seen that commitment in many hotels I been to, I respect that. overall, for family it's a good choice. will be there again.

The vue is amazing. The food is excellent (but not everyday). The tennis courts are very good. The management is outstanding.

The only issue was ants, sometimes they made our sleep uncomfortable.

The activities for kids, pools, gardens, team, everything was trying so hard to make the stay better. I appreciate the kids club team, restaurants team, and the overall experience.
