Bad lighting in the room. Each person gets only 1 large towel. Unfriendly staff during breakfast, they get in front of you to tide up while you are trying to take a piece of bread or a fruit. While you are sitting on your table they come to take your plate and you haven't finished your breakfast. The key from our room was missing. We left one key in the room. I was shocked that someone took it. I went to report this to the reception, but the staff took it like a simple mistake from the cleaning lady. I do not think it is OK for someone to have my room key. I was worried that they could enter during our stay and take something, or give the key to a third person. At the reception, they assured me that when a new key is made, the old one is canceled, but I felt insecure. Someone had a key to my room and could enter it whenever they wanted. Luckily, we left the hotel the next day.

The room is big and has a balcony. Large toilet. This is a large hotel next to the train station. They let us into the room at 12:00, and check in is at 14h. We couldn't use the pool because it was an outside pool and it was raining. It is close to the beach. A very large and abundant breakfast.

My big concern was the quality of the pillow , the hotel is perhaps 7 years old the pillows might need to be changed.

We arrived Wednesday May 1st 2pm, the young lady at the reception was very efficient, with a permanent smile, that makes you welcome . We had an excellent dinner at the Vasco . All members of the staff were exceptionally good, attentive and helpful.

Super expensive for what you get. 500 MAD for laundry (unless they overcharged us...). Location - only concrete blocks around, far away from Medina, but at least walking distance to the railway station.

Huge room with balcony, awesome breakfast with buffet. Bar serving alcoholic drinks. Nice pool. We had really good steak in the restaurant.

Room was difficult to keep warm during a storm. The windows/doors were very drafty and the thermostat was confusing.

The adjoining rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Room service and breakfast buffet were top notch. Very nicely decorated and very clean. Loved the little balconies and small touches like bottled water and fresh fruit.

The balcony window couldn't be closed and was hanging half out out of the frame, which they fixed but it remained hard to close. The bathroom has mould around the bath and the porcelain washing basin is completely cracked. The showerhead is loose and the shower screen has a big gap flooding the entire bathroom. These are all small things that housekeeping should pick up on and report to the maintenance dept. Mattress is very bouncy and all pillows are filled with small foam pieces which are not very comfy. One day we were out from 9 am till 4 pm, and our room was not yet cleaned when we returned. When we left the room at 6 pm, I contacted reception and they would not offer a housekeeping service anymore as it was too late. They left us 1 new towel on the bed (we were 2 guests). Stay rooms should be cleaned before 4 pm in a 5* property

A lovely breakfast selection with super quality items, eggs cooked to perfection central location and free car park in front of hotel. Our flight got cancelled on the day and the hotel was flexible to amend our arrival date

Clean comfortable room with balcony. Hotel is very nice, seems recently renovated and modern. Location is great - a few minutes walk to the train station, or the beach and all the cafes along the main boulevard. Breakfast was good. Wish we stayed more than one night here.
