The place is nice, good standards. The people managing the hotel are extremely kind and helpful! The location is good if you travel to Fez by train and want to stay close to the train station. However, it is 40mins walking from the touristic part, or need to grab a taxi. It all depends on your needs :)

You could easily hear noise from the hallway or outside.

Everything was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and roomy. The terrace outside is really nice and cozy. Central location in Fez new city.

It's not so suitable when you want to visit fez, it takes about 40 minutes walk into the Medina. It's slightly more expensive, but worth it if you like the "western" style. Otherwise a total recommendation.

The room was big, nice interior, the balcony was nice, the staff was nice, they even packed us a breakfast to go, since we had to leave early in the morning. Shower is hot and the bathroom is so big, you can even ride bike in there. The beds were super comfortable. Its a good location when you depend on the train station.

Carpet only in one side of the bed. In cool weather, the inside room to have breakfast is quite small and still cold, and you have to cross the yard to get there.

I found a cockroach in the room. The staff killed it and didn't not clean after. Someone scratched the car while it was parking in front of the hotel.

We had warned the hotel we were arriving very early/late in the morning, but no one was at the reception when we got there... Luckily after some 20mins of knocking and ringing we got in!

First of all, excellent staff. Always smiling and willing to help. Breakfast was good. Location for me was perfect. Close to the medina & train station. In about 10min you are at the medina with the taxi for 20 or less dirham. Room is big enough, perfect shower (hot water and good pressure) and the room is clean. Thanks for the hospitality and i hope to come back one time😄

Our room was on the ground floor and next to a toilet. A smell of smoke drifted into the bathroom too. Early breakfast was provided as a grab bag but no spoon was provided for the yoghurt and a cheese triangle was given but no bread or knife.

The location was very convenient for us - near the train station - but it is a 45 minute walk to the Medina. The room was simple but the bedding and bathroom were clean. Transport to the airport can be arranged and the staff did what they could to help us.

It was a little tricky for the taxi driver to find and he needed to ask several people for directions.

I only stayed for one night but I was really impressed with the customer service, facilities, and accommodation. It was clean, newly decorated, and offered great value for money. I didn't have breakfast so cannot comment on this. The reception staff were attentive, very helpful and amenable.

Room was so simple and not so clean. Rug on the floor was too dirty and found some hairs on bedsheet. Bathroom shower stand was broken.

Near to Fes Train Station, 10 min walk. Breakfast and staff were good.

They say breakfast is from 8am, however, we missed it a few times because nothing is really ready at 8 and would not come even when we said we have an early train and waited for 15 minutes at a table.

Hotel is very clean, warm and comfortable for its price.
