I don't know if it's because of Ramadan or because mainly Moroccans frequent this hotel but breakfast was supposed to be served at 9am! Then the chef only arrived at 09:30. If you're an early riser maybe avoid...

The level of cleaning varied from day to day. Nothing major to be unsatisfied with, quite a basic hotel compared to what they seem to be aiming at.

I am very satisfied with this hotel! But one thing that was sometimes inconvenient is the music played downstairs (in the evening/night) can be heard in the bedroom. (it could be that this is only during the summer holidays?)

I stayed in this hotel for about 16 nights. Let's start with how nice the hotel is, everything is new and modern we have nothing to say about that. I am verry picky when it comes to hygiene and hotels! That's my first priority! I think SBN suites are very clean, the rooms are cleaned every day, the corridors, restaurant and hall are clean. The service was top notch! I’m amazed how the people at the front desk are super friendly and polite! (the young lady and the 3 gentlemen😉) Very open people nothing is too much to ask! They are always ready to solve your problems! They take their job seriously! Hats off👏🏅 The same for the people in the restaurant, the cleaning crew! The cleaning ladies are super friendly also! The security we can't forget them too!! When I think of SBN suites, I mainly think of the service that was good and made my stay verry pleasant! I definitely recommend it 😊!

Breakfast could be much better. As I checked in there was a very loud noises,which came from the central AC, so the central AC had to be repaired and the temperature in the suit was not good.

Although the booking said soundproof, we could hear everything. There were parties in other rooms and could hear everything from outside.

It was easy to use Had tv, good bathroom and kitchen. The hotel manager Yousseff was very welcoming and helpful especially with booking our inDrive.

What I like the most about this property yes that it is a big apartment. It’s not small it has a very big living room very big room and also very big bathroom.  I will include in this comment some pictures for you to have a look trust me the space it’s really great and also the location. I can tell you that it is one of the best locations to stay right next to the sea. you’re right next to the mall and there is lots of bars and restaurants around you, this is definitely not going to be my last time. I will always come to this hotel whenever I come to Tangier. I would like to thank specially Mr Yusuf and Miss Qoula  for the professional and amazing customer service Honestly, they are the most helpful and also the rest of the team who are working around the clock to give you. The best experience in the hotel from the management to the room. Service is something that I have not seen even in five star hotels  the breakfast is also delicious and they have also fresh juice. And again I will say fresh juice not from the packs, trust me you will never go wrong. I’m leaving this review for you guys to read. I am a traveller I travel around the world and again Mr Yousof and the theme of the hotel. Thank you again.

1) Insects ramping everywhere. Needs serious fumigation. 2) breakfast is is pre-set, you cannot chose. breakfast consists of tea or coffee, omelette or scrambled eggs. laughing cow. 3) Safety hazards. in the breakfast hall, they had cleaned the floor and it was very slippery. I nearly fell. I asked them to put a yellow warning sign for wet floor. they didn’t understand what I was talking about. 4) I came here to do teleworking. no office table or chair available in the room. impossible to work from the room. I had to go to one of neighbouring café 5) electric plugs lose, room is full of hazards
