We booked because of the spa and the pool. The spa was out of service and the pool was cold, dirty and dingy. Loads of lights were not working in the room and in the corridor. My room had no kettle. There were no maps or anything for tourists. Breakfast was very limited for vegetarians and would have been impossible for vegans. However, the staff at breakfast were really friendly. No instructions for the room safe. Cleaning the room was haphazard and seemed to take place late afternoon when we were getting ready to go out for the evening.

Staff were lovely and the rooms had balconies. Easy to walk to centre and beach.

My main drawback was the pool Swimming is my main form of exercise and the pool was too cold to use Now I did ask if it could be heated and the person at reception said yes, but I didn’t follow up to see if it had been done

The property is in a good location, so it’s easy to get around The decor of the suite was beautiful, it felt homely And the staff were wonderful

I booked it because of the pool and sadly I don't think it had been used for a long time. It was in the basement and we didn't use it because you could see it wasn't in the best condition.

The location was great. You walk to the main mosque and tourist areas. It felt quite safe. The staff were helpful when we arrived. The room was large and clean and comfortable.

Tea/ coffee in the rooms would be good. There is a kettle... but nothing to use it for!

Silver Suites is in a great location - it is an easy walk to the Medina, the Hassan II Mosque and lots of shops and restaurants. But what made our stay memorable was the friendliness of the staff. Amina on the reception desk was super helpful, had great suggestions of places to go, and even made a reservation at a restaurant for us in her own time. Yusola ( sorry if I have spelt tbis wrong) the housekeeper did a fantastic job, our room was spotless and she dealt with the couple of problems we had very quickly and efficiently. The staff should be commended for their great work, and it is because of them we will return.

i would of rate more but i rated less because of the bagage guy called Alaa who tried to hassle us by trying to get paid for vip parking ( as he said ) . and instead of taking care of the bagage he focused on hassling people with the story of vip parking to pay ( Ps: the hotel doesn’t have any parking)

The cheapest price the hotel could book the taxi for me to the casablanca airport was 400 Moroccan dirhams, equivalent to USD$40 or GBP£32, shower was not as powerful as i thought and rain shower function was not working

I enjoyed the balcony view, weather was perfect (24°C), staff spoke multiple languages, so was not a problem to communicate, nesrine and yusra helped with directions to the hassan al thani mosque and prepared the room in a convenient timeframe for my checking in needs, can easily catch a taxi by walking out of the entrance to the right, Carrefour supermarket located within a 4 minute walking distance

we were placed on the 4th floor with the smallest rooms. the shower was weak and wouldn’t work if the neighboring room was using it too (or flushing). broken lights, mirrors, and doors.

great big balcony, comfy bed. staff (Abdelhak) went above and beyond accompanying me and my husband to the police station after his all night shift to deal with a lost passport. he would t even accept a tip for all of his help (which was the first time we encountered a tip refusal on morocco!). his care was greatly appreciated and made the stay worthwhile.
