Very uncomfortable sunloungers. At the end of our stay the whole pool area was closed due to a rally. This was communicated by a small notice at reception. We should have been informed at the time of booking, or at least on arrival. Also the beach restaurant was closed one night with no notice given.

The air conditioning in the room was poor. There was no mirror near an electric socket in the bedroom. Restaurant/pool side service was slow.

The property is conveniently located on the sea front with on street reserved parking. The outdoor swimming pool was great. The property can do with a bit of care as the building and the indoor pool look a bit tired.

The location was great. Easy to walk into the medina and to stroll on the beach. Loved being able to spend time in the indoor heated saltwater pool. We also enjoyed sitting in the area near the beach where the staff were very attentive.

A small issue with the leaking shower screen in our bathroom but other than that everything was great.

We had a superior sea view room and the view was stunning! The hotel is situated on the sea front just a short walk from the Medina. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were very polite and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here and would stay again.

I thought the hotel rooms were a bit tired - we had two, and one of them smelled of stale smoke. The showers didn't drain properly so you could be standing in a pool of water. The small outdoor pool was filthy! Something seemed broken there and nobody bothered to fix it.

Rooms were nice, especially the view. Breakfast was also quite good. Nice facilities overall, indoor and outdoor pool, etc.

- The hot water in the shower didn't work properly. It would go from boiling hot to cold by itself. That was a bad way to wake up. - The process to log in to the internet from my laptop was complicated and nobody from reception could help me with that, so I ended up having to go somewhere else to do some work, which was a disappointment. - The billing system was a bit weird. I would have liked for the reception clerk to have been more straightforward about it.

Nice hotel, nice indoor pool. The rooms were quiet, spacious and comfortable. Didn't try the breakfast as we had to leave early. It seemed a bit overpriced for what was offered. Great location in front of the beach and close enough to the Medina while being a bit away from all the activity.

I thought some parts of the hotel were a little tired looking and could do with redecoration.

I really like the spaciousness of the room and balcony. The indoor pool was lovely and warm, breakfast was very good with lots of choice for vegetarians.

First ever review and thought it was warranted, given I read many reviews on this resort and wasn't sure myself about booking. The Hotel is a bit dated but you get 5 star service, the staff couldn't do enough for you. Exceptionally well located, sea view was stunning. The hotel beach area is perfect, well staffed comfortable bed/loungers and good food. For what you pay I think overall great hotel.

Breakfast is good, rooms are nice, terrace was really big, the indoor pool is nice but can only be used for one hour a day, the outdoor pool is extremely cold and cannot be used at all. The beach facilities and the restaurant at the beach are really nice

Nothing to dislike about this property. Perhaps the only inconvenience is the street parking as opposed to a private parking area but spaces are reserved in front of the hotel and security is there 24/7. The Thalasso treatments are pricy but that’s to be expected in a five-star establishment.

I loved the style and architecture of the hotel blending Moorish and Art Deco details as well as more contemporary features. The main restaurant and the U-shaped pool courtyard as well as the Thalasso pool really stood out by their understated elegance. The morning buffet was outstanding and we really liked having access to the relaxing spa pool for one hour. Service was impeccable. And finally the location across the beach promenade and a short walk to the médina is superb.
