The inside ocean-water heated pool which requires you to take a shower doesn't have any showers available to do so. It didn't give you a feeling of cleanliness, neither was the water warm enough to really enjoy staying in too long.

This hotel really should be a three star hotel and not a five star hotel. The hotel is somewhat outdated. the beds are not very comfortable and the food at breakfast was average.

In view of the size of the hotel, I did not expect to have to book for dinner since I was just one person. Consequently, when I tried to eat at the hotel I was unsuccessful - I did not try again.

The pool looked lovely but I did not use it. Breakfast was good and the room was excellent.

Spa booklet didn't have the full price written with tax. I was a little surprised at the end with my bill that it was more than written in the booklet. But my spa treatment was excellent I received a hammam, oil massage and facial it was marvelous, the masseuse was very well trained.

Fantastic hotel in a great location, staff so friendly and helpful. I asked for suggestions for a birthday dinner and not only did they book on our behalf they also organised a surprise birthday treat on arrival, above and beyond.

A+. Me and my family enjoyed staying at this hotel. We wish we stayed for couple of more days. The hotel was very nice, clean rooms. Worth the price and location. Location was the best. right in front of beach, where you can have so much fun swimming, play in the sand, walking and enjoy the Sunset or Sunrise. We had a room facing the beach, so enjoyed the view in our balcony. Also 5 min walk from Medina, where you can shop and Lots of restaurants where u can eat. The hotel has out door swimming pool and a very nice indoor hot pool (BIG jacuzzi).

Beach restaurant wasn't great the food took ages to come and two of the meals were inedible, the server was impatient when we asked if there were nuts in the sauce and should have known, it's important.

The hotel is comfortable and has great facilities, might need some updating the decor looks a bit tired and the lobby area could be improved. The staff were very helpful and we enjoyed our staff a lot.

Occasionally the service was a little slow. Otherwise liked everything.

Everything was lovely, breakfast, pool, large room with little terrace. The staff were friendly and helpful. The spa was nice for a massage. We had room service at midnight on the day we arrived and it was amazing, beautifully served for 6 of us on the terrace in my room delicious salads and Moroccan wine. The restaurant on the beach was lovely as well.

The lack of finishing construction work in the hotel. I understand the hotel has its age and I dont mind but renovations or building maintenance are in order. A piece of wood of the balcony came off..

If you're spending couple nights in Essaouira, this is the place for you! The location was perfect,only walking distance to the old medina and souks, the executive suite was facing the sea so the view was really nice The housekeeping team did a great job , passing twice a day to make sure you have everything! The room was so clean and spacious
