The breakfast wasn’t the best experience - on the first day we were a bit unsure what to do as no one explained the buffet system or greeted as we came down from our room. We actually didn’t realise you could get hot eggs/omelettes outside as no one told us, and the rest of the spread wasn’t the best of quality. Given the amount of staff they seem to have on shift, it would be nice/possible if someone greeted you as you came into the room and explained how breakfast works.

Ideal location if you want to stay in Gueliz, the bedroom was massive and all the facilities were good. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was really nice. Special mention to Khalid who always greeted with a smile and some chat as we were leaving or arriving at the hotel. Khalil was very helpful too, and again greeted us nicely on arrival.

Did experience some static shocks with my electricals but this could have been my adapters fault and the staff were very quick to help me with any concerns.

The gentleman and the ladies at reception were very warm and friendly always and extremely helpful. The concierge was also really nice, very funny and talkative. The rooms were spacious, clean, and the hotel restaurant and breakfast were great, thanks for the room service! Exceptional staff there. Also the WiFi was good!

It's a bit noisy around the hotel in the evenings, e.g. through the music in the restaurant and the noise from the street. But that's to be expected given the central location.

The hotel and rooms are clean and you feel comfortable and safe. Breakfast was good, e.g. fresh omlette, orange juice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is very central.

I like the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. They do their best to accommodate the comfort and convenience of guests. I love how they greet guests and play with kids. They are also flexible to requests. The location was also good and close to attractions. Will definitely come back!

- staff not organized, we had to repeat 5 times after confirming it via Phone, whatsapp and Booking that we were 3 pax - spa did not respect the length of our treatment (20 minutes instead of 45) because it was Ramadan, but we had to pay full price anyways - breakfast lacked quality products (yogurt, cheeses, cold cuts) and not even water was served. Additionally they did not let us sit outside 2 mornings in a row, because it was not “clean” from the previous night… not very professional - rooftop pool would have been nice to have it open earlier and closing time a little later, at least to enjoy the full sunset

The hotel could improve the breakfast. They also did not tell us that we have to book the dinner and then we could not get a table. The beds were too hard as well.

Didn’t enjoy the breakfast was hoping for a more continental option and more fruit options atleast I couldn’t eat anything that was presented to me

I had a very warm welcome by Fatima unfortunately the next night I found a bug in my bed which was dealt with I did request a room change but was told the hotel was sold out so they sent a cleaner to change the bedding. The next day I had a Moroccan Hammam scrub booked for 10am only to arrive and was told the person doing the scrub will not arrive until 5pm. The person at the spa reception wasn’t helpful at all so I had to get fatima to save the day she called around to find a hammam specialist and was able to get one for 12pm which was still late but I appreciated the effort and the body scrub was 1000/10 absolutely amazing and is a must when visiting this hotel. Overall I had a great stay fantastic location and I’ll definitely visit again Fatima is such an asset to this hotel she made my stay very pleasant and was always open to help, I’ll definitely visit again.

Nothing really, it was a very comfortable and well run hotel. We were travelling on bikes and it seemed a big issue to bring bikes in the hotel however there was a locked garage downstairs.

I noticed in the morning that the room Floor was a little dirty. My shoes were sticking to the floor in places and then I noticed drink spill marks and dirt on the floor. The staff were nice, especially the reception but the girl who makes the omelettes was so miserable and unfriendly. It’s nice to get a smile in the morning rather than a miserable unfriendly service.

In the room we had some noise from the neighbors and we could smell some kitchen smells in the room which was unpleasant sometimes, we had to open the windows and door. Swimming pool (which is at rooftop) + rooftop terrace is closing at around 18h, which is annoying when there is still sun until late and you just want to chill..

There was only 1 iron for the whole hotel which was kind of inconvenient because we only got to use it on the first day. Breakfast was tasty but the selection was smaller than other hotels I’ve stayed at.

We had a great experience at stars hotel. The location is great it’s just a 20 minute walk to Jemaa El-Fnaa and Jardin Majorelle. The taxi drivers all knew the hotel by name so again it was easy to get to. I think the best thing about the hotel is the staff, they were all very friendly and welcoming. From the reception to the restaurant everyone was lovely! We booked 3 different rooms and they were all a good size and comfortable, no complaints. The pastries at breakfast were all really tasty and fresh! We ate at the hotel restaurant 3 times and really enjoyed the food. We booked our excursion with Amine who is based in the lobby of the hotel and he was very kind and helpful and gave us a great price. My family all enjoyed our excursion day the most, so I really recommend booking with him!

We stayed 4 nights in a suite room, they forgot to give us Robes, hand towels, toiletries, room Menu, Spa info etc… the TV is mounted in front of the sofa and so you can’t lay in bed and watch TV which is what being in a hotel is all about! Quite basic rooms, can hear everything through walls and ceilings, sounds as if other guests are in your room with you. Not great if you want restful sleep. Staff are friendly but on a basic level. Breakfast was mostly cake, very basic… needs more options. Proper fruit juice, fresh fruit etc… we still had a nice stay but I think these things could be very easily improved.

The location is perfect, the outside seating area is large. Whether for drinks, breakfast or whatever… there’s plenty of room inside and outside. Nice to be able to sunbathe on rooftop, there’s about 14 sunbeds up there. Get there by midday to make sure you get a space! Bed was huge. We loved the Spa bath in the Suite! Good value for money.
