The cleanliness needs to be better. I also prefer whole bed sheets that cover the entire blanket. No one wants to touch a blanket someone else has already slept in.

The only minor drawback was the maintenance around the hotel premises. However, we were informed that improvements are underway, and I have no doubt that in a few months, the entire area will look even better. This minor inconvenience did not detract from the wonderful stay we had at Afoud Hotel, and we eagerly anticipate returning to enjoy its enhanced surroundings in the future.

The water in the shower didn't run immediately, but it was just a brief technical glitch. Nothing serious. The equipment is older, but everything is clean.

The location is fine and strategically close to the bus stop from the airport. A little further from the sea but not a problem to walk. The rooms are a bit retro but well equipped (kitchen!) and spacious for the price. The views from the upper floors are great. The staff (an older gentleman) was very nice and spoke excellent English. I only stayed one night but definitely suitable for a longer stay.

The apartments are spacious,there is a small kitchen, a large bathroom. The staff is very pleasant,was ready to solve any problem. Breakfast is the same as everywhere,but very tasty. Towels changed every day. To store valuable things, I advise to use the safe.

It's a bit noisy at night time as it is near the road, but well tolerated. Breakfast is the same all day, omelette and bread. I wish they have more cooking utensils in the kitchen.

The room is so clean and very spacious. Their is a kitchenette were yo can cook. They clean your room everyday. Very near to restaurants, and beach is just 15-20mins walk. Location is very good. Staff are friendly.

Clean place with friendly staff, and truly delicious breakfast of omelette, fresh orange juice and delicious bread and pastries... and I thoroughly enjoyed the evening meals when I ate there. L'Aince their restaurant is terrific.

The only minor thing was that the shower water pressure was a bit low. Still workable though. Sink was fine and other rooms may be ok. It was on 7th floor though and water is an issue in the area so maybe it's good not to waste it.

Friendly staff, clean place in a handy location right between the beach resorts and the city centre. Hotel and room was very clean, breakfast is excellent. Other meals at the restaurant also very good quality and large portions. Room was spacious with plenty of wardrobes and enough kitchen equipment to make simple meals. The construction noise was not an issue for us, we were on 7th floor with view of the site on one side and the beachfront hotels on the other. Excellent value for money. It's on one of the nicer roads in town, within a short walk from plenty of affordable restaurants, bakeries, fast food outlets and the Uniprix supermarket. Speaking of bakeries, Anice is amazing and the smell of sweet almonds from the balcony in the morning was lovely. Unless you're really after a beachfront resort, this is a great option. Thanks to all the staff for a great stay.

Nothing, all good at this price point

Stayed (solo) here for 3 nights in Agadir on holiday in Morocco,. Having already stayed in Marrakesh and Essaouira with family. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good.  Room is a good size,  comfy bed and a kitchenette. Great value for money, 15-20 mins walk to the beach.  Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. There are some roadworks outside, but it was not a big issue.
