The staff at the door never seemed interested in helping with anything. We were quite on our own in hailing taxis.

This is a full-service business-class hotel, with all the amenities. It is very comfortable and attractively decorated. The breakfast was good, although the coffee machine was a bit wonky (cocoa in the cappuccino). Lunch was also so-so, with extremely slow service.

Service at night in the restaurant was a little slow. It took ages to bring our drinks but the staff were in training, it appeared.

The room was better than expected. The breakfast had a great selection and all of the staff were helpful and friendly.

We stayed for only 1 night. Loved the living room space and separate bedroom. Bathroom was clean, modern and fully functional. I would only suggest to perhaps add a little on the breakfast side such as custom omelette rather than charging the guest for it.

Poor showers, only partitially funtioning, no any extra mile at breakfast (even water for take-away leaving the hotel), not to mention omlet.

The only negatives were sound proofing of Windows and doors. Dog kennels across the road resulted in broken nights sleep due to dogs barking and clearly hearing other guests coming in and out of lifts in the hallway also interrupted our sleep.We had room number 1003 which is an executive suite on the 10th floor (top floor) both lift doors directly opposite entrance to suite..the suite itself was very good with exceptional views

Exceptional location with views over the Park and .mosque., walking distance to the medina. The breakfast was very good and the rooftop terrace is a nice space to relax and enjoy views across the city. All the staff were very professional and gave us a warm welcome and nothing was too much trouble for them. Very clean accomodation

Casa Diamond is an excellent hotel in a good location. I booked a suite and could see Hassan 2 Mosque from the balcony. The staff particularly were friendly and professional. I liked the restaurant too.

By NO fault of the hotel, there were dogs, barking during the night. They apparently belong to the Police station not far from hotel.

I would love softer pillows, but it is more a matter of personal choice. Apart from that, all was perfect. We had great service and the staff was responsive to our requests. So, really this was a great place.

Breakfast was outstanding with a lot of choice. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had a nice view. Friendly and well trained staff. We were across the wonderful Park of Arab League. Fruits in our room as a bonus!

Beautiful comfortable hotel in a great location. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I got a packed lunch in the morning as I had to leave before breakfast time. I didn't get to see the rooftop cafe, will have to keep that for next time.
