Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

This is a full-service business-class hotel, with all the amenities. It is very comfortable and attractively decorated. The breakfast was good, although the coffee machine was a bit wonky (cocoa in the cappuccino). Lunch was also so-so, with extremely slow service.

Dog kennels across the road resulted in broken nights sleep due to dogs barking and clearly hearing other guests coming in and out of lifts in the hallway also interrupted our sleep.We had room number 1003 which is an executive suite on the 10th floor (top floor) both lift doors directly opposite entrance to suite..the suite itself was very good with exceptional views
Exceptional location with views over the Park and .mosque., walking distance to the medina. The breakfast was very good and the rooftop terrace is a nice space to relax and enjoy views across the city. All the staff were very professional and gave us a warm welcome and nothing was too much trouble for them. Very clean accomodation
