Small topic but only input would be to implement a system to keep track of what is being discussed beforehand. We scheduled some activities before the stay and were asked to remind the hotel again before the stay. I think these reminders should be made by the hotel not the guest.

The pillows were a bit hard & it would be nice to see a menu/know what the prices are for food since you aren't selecting it!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The staff were helpful and the views were gorgeous. Our room was a good size! The food was good - home stye cooking, however you don't pick what you eat it's a set menu. But they were very helpful in arranging activities too!

The Sunrise Palace was on my pocket list, for years ever since i saw it in a post. The pictures you see all over the web do no true justice to the real look. It is more beautiful than i could ever picture. It is impossible to show you how it was. Imagine trying to take a picture of the moon. The true size and beauty you will not be able to share in a picture you took. The Staff and Management is super generous and customer orientated. The whole experience from checkin to check out was really smooth and pleasant. The food was super delicious and prepared and served with lot of love. Rooms and Interior are very well chosen and combined. I love how they blend the colors and interior with the fabrics and materials. All in all a very good price for value. I can highly recommend a visit here if you have the chance. Beautiful Place.

If your are looking for a special place for your trip you should visit Sunrise Palace. The best hotel by far of our Morocco trip: everything was perfect but above all every single person working at Sunrise Palace make us feel home: they love the place and tried to make our stay special and unique and definitely it was. We will come back for sure Pep!!! Spectacular meals, the cooker ( sorry I don't remember her name) prepare gluten free bread and traditional breakfast for my husband. Thank you very much for everything.

Absolutely delightful and personal attention to detail from the owners, 2 wonderful brothers straight out of a Berber tribe in the desert! First day we mentioned soup had a little too much cumin and from then on all meals were served low on spices. Food was plentiful delicious and always different meals. Sand dunes were a step out of the pool side door which was great. On our departure day at 2:00 AM Ebrahim packed some egg sandwiches, yoghurt, and orange juice as breakfast for the road and he also guided us out all the way to the main road. Definitely loved it and highly recommend it.

The best Hotel in Merzouga. The owner, Ibrahim was the best host ever. It was like to be at home! We loved the kitchen, the room, the pool and the gate that gives you access directly to the desert’s dunes. Strongly recommended!

I drove to the hotel. The last 3km is off road and difficult to find.

It is a new family-style hotel. Great room and nice view outside the window. They organize activities like camel ride and ATV. The food menu is fixed, which you need to researve at least two hours ahead, but taste vey good. All of us enjoyed the stay very much.

- exceptional service - incredible food and waiter service. Ability to request/ personalise your meals and the menu always changes. Flavours and quality of the produce was exceptional . Food lovers truely will remember your meals and will be a highlight of your stay. - the rooms were very comfortable, large, soft bed, and Airconditioning allowed us to visit comfortably during the summer. - Organising tours was as easy as making a request and it was done - The price per night was cheap when considering the level of facilities and services from the staff - The hotel design was very luxurious with Moroccan incense burning + water feature in the entrance hallway adds an additional luxurious touch - A true 5 star experience in a remote part of the world - Surrounded by the stunning dunes with a direct view to the large dune when your in the pool. Made us feel like we were in the sand dunes on our own while still being in comfort - unlike staying in a camp - Again the staff were incredible and allowed us to have a very memorable comfortable stay during the summer month of July

Nothing everything was amazing

My cousin and I loved everything about our stay in Sunrise Palace! Organising transport from the airport was simple and stress free! Our room was amazing we loved waking up each day looking out our window with the view of the pool and the sand dunes! We organised a tour with the owner Burho where he took us around the sand dunes 4w4 driving, we seen the fossils, visited a nomad village where we were invited for tea, bread and date sauce! We seriously enjoyed every minute we spent in the Sunrise Palace and can’t wait to go back and stay longer next time around!

We had an exceptional stay at Sunrise Palace. The property is beautiful and in pristine condition. The team was very welcoming and available for all our needs. The staff works very hard to provide quality service and keep the property clean. The room was very large with great working AC. The location is very private and a short distance away from the big dunes. We walked through the smaller dunes behind the property and were able to relax by ourselves. You also get the great rooftop view of the pool and dunes! We highly recommend eating all your meals at the property. The chef is very talented and the tagines were the best we had during our stay in Morocco! We did the ATV excursion that was fantastic and the highlight of our stay. Must stay!

Amazing staying, stunning hotel and location! A great plus is the food, all really good, and the warm staff. We felt at home! The hotel view is amazing on the dunes and they arranged for us a camel treek which was among the best experiences in my life! I definitely recommend Sunrise Palace to whoever visits Erg Chebbi.

few minor things - pool was a bit too cold which for some people can matter and showers would still not get warm enough after several minutes. but overall we had a memorable experience here and happy to return.

amazing place, decoration, the scenery around overlooking dunes - you can see a beautiful sunset just from the dune few meters away from the hotel. Stuff took care of and made sure everything was clean comfortable and at high standards. I don’t think anything in Merzouga can beat this place if you want a special place to stay in. thank you to the staff for everything.
