Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

We received a Whatsapp from the accommodation the day before our arrival. According to the photo, it was the daughter. I was traveling with my 15-year-old son. After landing in Agadir, we bought a SIM card from Inwi right next to the baggage carousel. We then found Takad Dream with the rental car using Google Maps without any problems. Exactly as shown on Google Maps. The man of the house welcomed us. It's practical that he has a very small store downstairs in the house. We bought water and potato chips there. Parking was easy and safe in front of the house. Wifi was available but our cell phone had a faster connection. There is a beach about 15 minutes drive from the house where you can probably surf on good days. The breakfast was exactly as in the photos. We wrote on the Whatsapp number at what time we would like to eat and it was always ready on time. We should mention the roof terrace where we watched the sunset. All in all, a great start to our surf trip to the south. Because you live with the family, you get right into the Moroccan rhythm. The Euro Dirham exchange rate (accommodation is paid in Dirham) was a little in our host's favor, but fully within reason. We also learned our first bits of Arabic from the man of the house. If you are openminded and respectful, I recommend this accommodation 100%

United KingdomAs you are the only guest, you will need to say in advance the time that you will return for dinner, but that will only ensure that you will get your meal ready for you, which can be good.
It was a very nice and pleasant stay! What you see in the photos is what you get : ) Nice and helpful family, Clean and comfortable place Delicious food I recommend at least a night here to start to know the culture of Morocco.

PolandWe stayed with a wonderful family. The hosts were friendly, helpful and served a delicious breakfast. The home-cooked dinners are also worth buying. I bought argan oil, which the hostess produces. During our stay we were at Sidi Toual beach, which is the closest, and Agadir beach. We also visited Taroudant, Tiout oasis and Paradise Valley in the Atlas Mountains. 6 kilometers from the accommodation is the Souss - Massa National Park, where you can admire antelopes, ostriches and gazelles. The weather was perfect, it was sunny but not too hot. In the evening, in the morning and at night the temperatures were more or less 18C - 22C. During the day 26C - 30C. The next time we are in Morocco, we will definitely stay at Takad Dream Rural overnight.

United StatesTruly, nothing that we didn't like about this trip would make us choose any other place. The pros outweigh the cons by far; however, if you are looking to shop the souks, spend time at the beach, or have access to many of the tourist attractions in Agadir, this place is not be in the best location for that. Since my boyfriend and I had already experienced those things in Marrakech and Fez, it did not make much difference to us & we enjoyed the quietness of Takad. We did decide though that the next time we visit Takad, we will make sure to spend a few days closer to the Medina and beach area and a few days with our Takad family. In addition, if you are looking for a higher-end road, I would not suggest this one. Although it was clean, comfortable, and had all that we needed, it was not like the other riads that we stayed in while in Marrakech or Fez. It was more of a private room in their home than a hotel.
Our stay at Takad Dream Rural was nothing like we expected. We made a mistake while booking and ended up here. At first we were a little upset to be staying far from the city center or the Medina. However, this ended up being one of our highlights of our trip. From the moment we arrived, the family greeted us and welcomed us as if we were a part of their family. They were so kind, unbelievably generous, and gave us the most wonderful opportunity to experience day-to-day Moroccan life and culture. They cooked big, family-sized meals and sat around the table talking with us for hours. Since they did not speak much English or Spanish, we relied on google translate for much of our conversations and taught each other a little bit of each of our languages. They gave us bicycles to ride down to the nearest beach, to see more of their town, and to find some yummy food. They even taught me how to make tajine and cous cous! They were attentive to us at all hours of the day, always making sure we felt welcome. We learned so much about Morocco and their warm, welcoming culture while we were here and cannot thank our Takad family enough for giving us that experience. We loved our stay so much here and made some true life-long friends. We will absolutely be back to stay here again!

PortugalIt was nice to stay in the middle of the countryside a few km south of Agadir. A typical Moroccan house where a very friendly family lives and always available. I can only leave the maximum number of stars.
Good for me it was a very positive experience. And I thank you very much for the availability that the hostess for having welcomed us with open arms even at 2 am. We were warmly welcomed with a typical tea with tasty biscuits. Our departure was the first day of meal after sunrise. We were invited to have breakfast as a family. And they also offered us food for the trip. Thank you so much for everything

United StatesWe chose the location so we could go to the nearby national park the next morning. At the park entrance, we were told the gate was locked until the guide arrived, which was not for another hour. Since we didn't want to wait until 11 am, we skipped the park.
Kind Moroccan family, nice to get a glimpse of ordinary local life. We were served tea and sweets when we arrived, and the family invited us to join them for soup and bread for dinner (at nearly 11 pm). We did not speak French or Arabic and had to rely on Google to communicate.

ChileThat it was difficult to have a conversation with the family to the language barrier.
Even though we arrived late at night, we were able to contact the hosts without any issue and we were guided to the hostel in style by the father. We were then welcomed with open arms and enjoyed a nice cup of Moroccan tea, pancakes and other delights. It was a great experience! Many thanks to the loving family :)

MoroccoAlmost no welcoming whatsoever. Hafida barely said hi, pointed us to our bedroom directly and put the paper on the table that they are supposed to fill so we filled it ourselves. On payment, she gave me the phone when there was a misunderstanding, in an annoyed manner with a hand gesture. Comfort is minimal as I used a bucket with water to wash my hand, there is no pressure on the shower. There is one plug in the whole bedroom. This is a room in a family apartment, on the first floor the rating is overrated by people who never step foot in a moroccan house.
Breakfast was nice, the lady made homemade msemen, being moroccan I appreciated. Also flexibility on the booking, the lady of the house in our few interactions, was nice with us. The man too.
