The WiFi service is very weak provided by the hotel .The rooms are ok ,The swimming pool was so dirty full of beach sand and dead cockroaches were floating around the pool .

The view is gorgeous and most of the staff are kind and friendly the only thing I’m not happy with and I would like the hotel to start taking actions about it is the rooms very poor decorated and bathroom as well the shower leaks and smell of damn in the hotel needs to be fresh painted and the swimming pool not that clean turns me off to swim in in . The morning breakfast very poor not much of choices hardly find anything left people fight to get first choice.

The hotel looks like from 80's so it is expected that it will not have a modern interior. However, they could maintain cleanliness. You'll find plastic chairs on the top of the expected 3rd bed, a dark smelly room, and a loud generator from the theater close to it. Breakfast was not refilled immediately and was unhygienic, most of the guests were grabbing food by their hands. Staff from the breakfast area are always missing and if you find one he seems unhappy to be there. That day it was raining so the water went inside the breakfast area. Not my worst experience but not worth paying 60 euros for one night.

It's a shame! Location wise it was perfect! The hotel is at the beach and near the train station.

Nice view of the water and ferries arriving. Across he street from a lovely park. We walk to get sushi. There is a casino a few buildings down, if you like casinos. Breakfast buffet was okay. Standard for Morocco. It was good, we stayed 1 night before flying out. Taxi to the airport was 160 Dirham

Management is trying their best to make sure you feel unwelcome and your experience is ruined

It was very unclean, broken furniture, food was disgusting, pool was too small. They didn't give towel for pool or extra towel for kids even though they made us pay additional charges for the child. The cot given was dangerous i would never put my child in that. I wanted to check out early but as my stay was only 2 days I tolerated it. I didn't eat there as breakfast was disgusting.

Struggle with transportation, as small taxies only take up to 3 passengers (we are a family of 4), large taxis are rare, and no public bus available in the area. Less than ordinary breakfast. Not enough light in the room at night No Bidet Cleanliness is somewhat acceptable Not enough towels in the rooms.

Room has sea view, access to the beach. It also has a swimming pool. Across the street from Villa Haris park, which is a nice park. Close to the hop on hop off city tour bus, in case you decided to book for a tour.

Wifi in the room doesn’t work. They say they have ice in the bar and then is not true. Breakfast time not accurate. They said they open at 7:00 am, but nothing was set until 7:20

the manager + the management it self they was rode with me and my pet they were telling after I checked in that I can’t bring food from out side the hotel restaurant and considering this by hotel law . I found small cockroach in the salad etc no refrigerator in the hotels room and no mini bar
