Hotel is in a fairly nice suburban area. It is about 20 mins away from Jama el Fana by taxi, and about 45/50 minutes walking, which was fine for us. The room was fine for what it's worth, and came prepared for our set up, of utilising the sofa bed as well. Room has an AC as well so you can regulate room temp on your needs. One bathroom full bathroom and a separate toilet available in the suite. There was a mini fridge available in the room too. Iron was provided when requested. Room was cleaned daily whilst we there. When we checked out they were very kind and kept our bags safely as well so we could explore the city for a bit before our flights. Breakfast was a basic mediterranean style serving, so in line with the cost of what you are paying. For Muslim travellers, there is a mosque right round the corner so you can attend prayers comfortably. There are lot of small kiosk/corner shops for basic needs/snacks nearby so you can easily grab as necessary. Some nice local restaurants as well nearby so you dont have to go too far for a good meal. Overall would recommend the place!

life is not 100percent. But is was exceeded my expectation. I would have love to be close to the pool. i didnt see that . I think the hotel just need little maintainance. in all the management are hospitable. I didnt get a very hot water, maybe because i am coming from a cold region

Swimming in not clean. Misinformation of hotel owning fitness. No such thing. Hotel room Fridges need replacing I believe all the same so warm. But as always reception and kitchen staff amazing wonderful people God bless them. They deserve promotion or pay rise.

The rooms were smaller than I expected.

The staff were exceptionally welcoming and ready to assist with any help needed. Breakfast was a delight, regular and fresh! Also, the cleanliness of the hotel was topnotch. WiFi was fast. I'll highly recommend it!

It was hard because most staff didn’t speak English. But they did try their best to communicate. Unfortunately the lift. Was under maintenance for some time during our stay and we had a scare in the lift when we wee there. The breakfast became quite repetitive with not so many options but it was ok.

Location:: Approximately 2 miles from the Medina. I found it difficult to get a meal in the evening. There's really nothing spectacular at this end of town. It you want the real atmosphere, restaurants and shops of Marrakech, you need to be in the Medina.

The rooms have an annoying door system. When the door is not closed properly, it keeps beeping. Lucky us, we had some neighbours that were not closing the door properly all time, waking us up every early morning. Out of that, everything is amazing at Teranga.

Everything! The staff is very warm and welcoming. Tasty breakfast and cleaning standards on top! I wish all the hotels had this type of service. At our first night we didn't have hot water but the receptionist came to the room and managed to fix everything for the next day. Splendid costumer service !

The staff were so kind and helpful and during breakfast the staff are lovely also and consider what we needed. Reception staff were so nice and kind also. We had issues with our TV and we reported it and it was sorted. We met a kind n lovely waiter call Omaima and she was lovely and considerate and smile all the time.

I booked a suite and the bed they have in there looks very much like Queen. But, they claim that's a King size bed. I didn't like the bed.
