The area outside the room can be quite noisy even at night, so make sure you bring your earplugs.

I stayed only one night at Tetouan House and enjoyed it. The guest family is very hospitable and kind - they shared food with me /as it was impossible to eat out when I was in Tetouan/, we've had a nice conversation which was a good way to find out more about Morocco as well as to practice my French. The flat is located in the heart of the city, close do CTM station and various attractions.

I would definitely recommend Tétouan house when you visit Tetouan.The owners are an old couple who are super friendly .They give me a feeling as if I were living at home.They offered me biscuits and tea in the evening and breakfast for free which is out of my expectations.And you won't find better rooms at this price in Morocco.A single room not a single bed.Actually I chose to change my plan to stayed in their house for one more night to play with them and their cat.BTW cats are shy and cute. I think I would come again when vacation in the future ❤️

I have no complaints about the property whatsoever, however, I will say in general that in Morocco most buildings and streets are not accessible for those with disabilities. To reiterate, I loved my host family and the facilities, but keep in mind that you are walking up three flights of stairs. There is no elevator. I will say that my stamina improved with the daily ascension and I am proud of that.

Exceptionally warm hosts that went above and beyond for me as a guest. I was sick for my first few days and despite not choosing the option where breakfast was included, my host mom served me breakfast in bed and provided medicinal tea that kicked my colds butt! I enjoyed spending the evenings chatting with everyone and hanging out with Yassine to feed the neighborhood kittens.

The host family is very nice and friendly, I felt welcome from the very first second. The hospitality was amazing, I've never experienced that in Europe before. The room was absolutely clean and cozy, I can only recommend the host family.

The hosts were welcoming and they tried to make my stay comfortable. The entire building is well kept and clean, the room clean and comfortable. They have a pretty new laundry machine and you can use when you need it.

The only thing I did not like is the lack of hot water shower in the bathroom.

Although me and my hosts Moud and Aouatef could not communicate well because they don't speak English fluently, their gestures are enough to make me feel welcome in their home. It was sweet of them to bring fruits at my room each night. Prior to my arrival, Moud gave very clear instructions with photos on how to get to their house. Location is excellent as it is a few meters away from the Royal Palace, and walking distance away from the old medina às well as the Ville Nouvelle where cafes and restaurants abound.

The location is great being close to the old souq and the famous feddan square. It's 5 minutes' walk from the CTM bus and Taxi stations so it grants you easy access to nearby beaches such as Martil and Capo Negro. The host, Mr. Ahmed, is very hospitable and welcoming person who can help you know the Tétouan city better and give you useful tips on getting around.

Like some other places I have stayed in Morocco people stay up late. The house is active until midnight or a little after. Maybe this is the case during summer only, not sure.

Very nice and interesting place to stay, in a historic building and in a great location. The owner Moud is super friendly and welcoming. Lots of space in the room I was in and there are two very sweet and friendly kitty cats in the house.

The Tetouan House is located right in the city centre, few meters away from the Royal Palace and the Medina. The room was large and fully furnished. But what made my experience really excellent was the kindness and warmly welcoming attitude of the hosts. Highly recommended!

I don't like shared bathrooms at all at any hostel, but if you like shared bathrooms, i recommend this room to you. I advise the host to have a dry machine for the clothes, i stayed at many hostels in morroco and they also don't have a dry machine, if the host did that , this will make the stay there so special and make it have a great value. This is my advice from heart to a nice and a gentle family.

The location is so perfect, it is a clean room, the family at the house are so welcome and so gentle. There are a lot of cheap restaurants nearby. It is near from everything. Good value for money.

The cleaning is not very good, and the conditions are what you pay for. I would stay again, just writing that it's a very value-for-money place.

The hosts are very nice, will talk to you and give you tips. We even watched football together and had a nice conversation. The location is very good, right by the royal palace.
