Room was good size, clean, well-equipped, and quiet. Reception was very efficient and helpful. Staff in the restaurants and bars were outstanding, attentive and informative. Arrangements for taxis and other transport done promptly and with a smile. Food was of the highest standard - and the breakfast was stunning. And all this at a very fair price ~~~~

Gym was very small and not much equipment.

Would be good if you can install smart TV with youtube and other online apps availability like Netflix, Disney etc. Channels are very boring.

We liked everything about this hotel. In the modern part of Rabat. Close to restaurants and shopping. The medina is on the other side of town but it's not long drive. Breakfast was good but like all places in Morocco, the service at breakfast was slow. Spa was nice. The kids loved the pool.

I was at the hotel 6 weeks ago and left some comments. This time we had a junior suite and a double room and were only there for the night. Was surprised to see that the bedside table clock showed the wrong time even tho this comment had been left earlier. Also noticed that the bidet shower (shattaf) had been replaced by an alternate model that has a timer - this is extremely unpractical and not used by any 5 star hotels that I have been to. An alternative solution for the hotel is to provide a regular shattaf or even a bidet with the space available. (This is a deal breaker for us). Room Service: Dinner - Chicken Risotto was undercooked and not too good. Breakfast was not served hot and no salt or pepper shakers were provided. Having said that, I previously had an opportunity to try the buffet breakfast and it was excellent. Room service however is expected to be to the same standard. It would be nice to provide 2 sets of bedroom slippers in the junior suite (designed for 3), rather than just one. We were informed that connecting rooms could only be provided if we took a junior suite - which we then did only to receive a message later that they still couldn't. We asked for a baby crib in our reservation - this was confirmed by the hotel but no crib was provided in either room.

All of the staff were not only polite and professional but also friendly and helpful. The hotel is quiet and well furnished, with nice spacious rooms. The bathroom has spa vibes with an excellent rain shower (in addition to the bathtub) and the Jo Malone toiletries are excellent. Other amenities in the room are also nice. The complimentary snacks / dates in the room are a nice touch. Valet parking was convenient and quick. Blackout curtains in room are good and sufficiently insulated against noise (on 7th floor).

Beautiful hotel in a high-end area. Spacious and nicely decorated rooms, lovely and helpful staff, a nice rooftop bar, and walking distance to some restaurants and shops in the neighborhood.

The hotel on the upper floors were more often than not reserved or under renovation which was very frustrating.

The Breakfast was good, even though sometimes the command of the English language was limited, which made trying to explain something complex like an egg white omelette challenging. The staff was super helpful, especially Ali the driver who really helped me out of a jam when I forgot my wallet in the Hotel car.

the room service woke me up early (wrong room). it was written on booking.com that they have a 24hour check in policy and to write the time of arrival for check in. they didnt give me the room at the time requested. they do not reply to emails and to requests.

Check in was personalized but I don't know why it took 10-15 minutes to start, while there were no guests waiting and it was mid-day. I also could not figure out why clock in room as well as TV were one hour ahead of actual time. It's also very inconvenient when hotels have USB sockets to charge phones only on one side of the bed, not both.

Service and Staff were excellent at the facility as was breakfast. Junior Suite was nice and spacious. Jo Malone toiletries are always nice. Harira was good but not as good as the one at Sofitel. Reception staff in particular were very nice - one even calling me to return some money I had dropped. Complimentary Fruits and dessert in room were a nice touch. It was my first stay at this facility and I would definitely return.
