My only small issue was the television The kind staff, tried three times to fix, but it wouldn't co-operate!. Only wanted it, to put on at night. Plus, it would be helpful for guests to let them know, they have to walk up or down from the taxi. I finally found it, but hard when you have no wi-fi and the hotel does not come up on google maps.

Arik, the owner/manager was kind, friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was very tasty, served in the beautiful rooftop dining room. Location was in the exciting Medina area. So vibrant and east access to Port Ville, and the hop on/off bus. Plus you could walk around the souks for hours Beautiful traditional Moroccan style inside, and very comfortable bed.

The bathroom looked run down, especially the shower fitting. A hairdryer was missing.

The stuff is really nice and helpful. The room was nice furnished and looked pretty new. The spa is also very nice.

The hotel had problem with cleanliness. No bin in the room just a trash bag in the toilet. In the common bathroom in lobby there was no toilet paper or soap. Other than that it was a nice stay

Neighborhood is a bit noisy and windows aren't isolating much, breakfast is served at 8am which is definitely too late if you need to leave earlier. Yet when one morning I shared this remark with reception they exceptionally offered an early breakfast plate which was appreciated.

Newly renovated hotel, comfortable bed, rooms are cleaned daily no need to request it. Good value.

This new hotel seems to be still under construction, a lot of works were going on during the day. Noisy and smelly construction works were carried on during the breakfast which was not ideal...

Room was quite comfortable and spacious for one night stay, has everything 2x people need. Breakfast is good and staff is lovely.

The hotel is not situated on the main road, & it's a bit difficult to locate it when we arrived the place at midnight.

Breakfast is simple but delicious; The hotel is quiet, and is not far away from the tourist spots.

Wi-Fi reception was very poor. Had to use mobile hotspot. Also main lobby area is unavailable during the evenings because it's all used for dinner.

New hotel so prices seem very competitive for what is a central location in a relatively pleasant part of the city with spacious rooms that have all the expected amenities.

Hard to find location, no brochures for tourists, no maps , staff promotes their own facilities to eat, no information is provided if you need to dine out in style savouring traditional Moroccan food…breakfast is mainly carbs…not even fresh fruits (such as shame)..Don’t go there during the winter months…it’s cold in the rooms… The AC in rooms is regulated by reception and they turn off the heat in rooms during the night…Sooo cold…In the middle of the night I called reception to make the heat higher as I felt frozen…they offered me an extra blanket…

It was raining into our room. We told the reception, but they didn’t fix the leak in the ceiling, but just moved the couch underneath the leak away.

The bed was very comfortable, the hotel is located in a nice location and the staff was very friendly.
