Very clean and comfortable hotel. Reception staff were very friendly and all spoke very good English. The breakfast was very good and the restaurant also serves very good value food.

AustriaWe told in the reception that we would arrive late night (from a wedding) but when we got back to the hotel around 5AM the door and lights were off... There was a phone number at the door which we ring for long time but nobody picked up. Thankfully we had internet data and could check in google the official phone number, and after 10min someone picked up. Overall we were outside at night for a while which we thought was very dangerous. After someone came to open the door, there was no excuse, or sorry... it made our experience in Beni Mellal a bit unconfortable.
Good ratio price/quality, clean and very confortable beds! Breakfast is AMAZING, we could ask what we wanted on the nearby restaurant.

MoroccoThis hotel is definitiely NOT accessible for the disabled. There are 16 steps up from the street to the lobby where the elevator provides access to the four upper floors. The two front entrances to the property (hotel and cafe /restaurant) BOTH have all these steps up to the lobby. The rear patio of the restaurant also has steps. Unreliable wifi at certain times of the day.
The receptionist Khalid went above and beyond the call of duty to help us with our luggage, choice of rooms, driving directions, and offering us a warm welcome. Breakfast ("Velsatis") is excellent. Very clean hotel, well managed, excellent location, easy parking on the street in front of the hotel. Restaurant meals are tasty and portions are big!
