Air Conditioner!!!!! I have NEVER been in a 5-star hotel that costs 600 dollars a night and NOT have the ability to turn on the AC. My wife and I were sweating in our room most of the time. It's ridiculous. Apparently, they can either have all the rooms in the entire hotel airconditioned or heated but not both. Meaning wintertime, they turn on the heat. Summertime they turn on the AC but if you have a warm winter, like we did, the heat is on with no ability to turn on the AC. It was brutal.

My wife and I have been to this hotel several times now. We usually take the Suite. We love the heated indoor pool. The suite was very nice and roomy.

With my wife we went to Vichy Célestins for our minimoon. Prior to our arrival, I asked the staff to decorate the room for this special occasion and they didn't disappoint. The staff was lovely and very professional during our stay. We'll gladly come back in the future.

Luxurious, very quite, incredibly clean and charming hotel. The front desc, the breakfast restaurant, the staff all were very helpful, professional and excellent host. I should mention some names who were very great, WEJDANE, Salma, and Younes, they make us feel home, we will be back to this hotel again because of their excellent hospitality, services and behavior.

Fatima the receptionist she was unprofessional we came at 1PM we went for lunch at Chiringuito the time to prepare our room at 3pm we came back at 3:15 pm she was like the room isn't ready without looking at us(no eye contact) without explaining and she turned out her head to talk to other clients! Second thing the property add 5% of service total amount on the bill of restaurants which is weird and never seen before! You cannot obligate guests to pay 5% service (tips)it has to be decided by guests depending on each person how much he wants to pay as pourboire!

Music played by DJ in the restaurant before the live band starts is too loud and not appropriate to the age and structure of the guests.

Very nice hotel, peaceful atmosphere, excellent service (particularly ladies at the reception and Ayan - housekeeping), we were upgraded and got the room with a sea view, things to do (walking, cycling - free bicycles available), saltwater pools, good breakfast by the pool, very flexible breakfast times (even until 11,30), excellent live music in the beach restaurant.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. We went to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary and the service exceeded our expectations special thanks to Ayoub for making it extra special. Also Amine from reception was so friendly and welcoming. The spa breakfast room service were all top notch.
