The staff were simply amazing. Attentive, diligent and passionate about their work. A true credit to the art of hospitality. From Maraoune the Marrakshi serving our Moroccan tea to Ibrahim every morning at breakfast ensuring we received freshly cooked Msemen ( Hadda we miss your smile ). The concierge staff were all exceptional. Imane and Hafid couldn't do enough for you to make our stay memorable and the very reason we will be returning.

CanadaNothing with the hotel at all. My only comment would be towards Chiringuito (the restaurant on the ocean side of the property). The space is beautiful and reminds me of places i've been to in Mexico. It has a great vibe, near the ocean with a beautiful beachy designed space but the food left me feeling unsatisfied. This restaurant has so much potential but I feel like their menu, food and drink aren't quite there. I had the poke bowl which had all the right ingredients to be good but was missing flavour, it needed a ginger/lemony dressing, some sort of acid to really elevate the dish. My husband had grilled fish, but it wasn't seasoned enough so the dish turned out quite bland. He also had the Moscow Mule cocktail and instead of it having the spicy ginger beer taste it was more like an overly herbed drink with pieces of ginger. On a positive note, the Margarita was very good. I personally think the menu feels confused and disconnected. What it needs is lighter fresher dishes like a good ceviche, fish tacos (not fried but grilled with a nice cabbage slaw), enchilada salad, etc and maybe even making a homemade ginger beer :) Dishes that better represent the designed space and the feeling of being on the beach.
The staff was a huge reason why our stay was so amazing. The minute we arrived we were taken care of by Othman. He organized our check-in while we relaxed with a drink, he really helped us feel welcome right away! Our room was A-mazing!! Othman set us up with a beautiful room overlooking the pool with an ocean view. It was one of the most beautiful rooms i've ever stayed in. Everything in the room was perfect, it was super clean, smelled amazing and felt so relaxing. We spent every chance we had sitting on our balcony enjoying the view. The shower in the room was wonderful, we really loved the rainshower and blue lighting...like having a spa in our own room. The outdoor and indoor pool were nicely heated and salt water. It took a bit to get use to the salt water but in the end my skin and hair felt so much better than a regular chlorinated pool. Ashraf the pool attendant was so attentive and would always see us coming and organize us lounge chairs, umbrellas and towels. The indoor pool was open till 10pm so we took a couple late night floats before and after dinner, very relaxing! We had room service the first night which was really tasty but the next three nights we went to the Italian restaurant, Le Sense. We had the best meals we've ever had in Morocco here. The taste, balance of flavours and presentation were superior. It was a bit expensive but well worth it knowing food like this is hard to find in Morocco. Our server, Macoumba was our favourite! He was so friendly and spoke really great English. He really made our experience in the restaurant great and we returned each night waiting to have him great us at the door. Can't wait to go back and see him! We originally had booked three nights but decided to extend our stay because we just didn't want to leave! Othman really helped us out and kept us in our same room even though we had decided to extend last minute. We really can't wait to go back!
