Very large and beautiful, with private pool. Highly recommend. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. Three bedrooms, can sleep up to 7 people.

Great location with a lovely private garden and nice clean pool and barbecue area. A very spacious property with plenty of different spaces suitable for a large family or group of people. The hosts were very friendly and helpful especially Alia who was so welcoming to us. I would definitely recommend a stay in this delightful villa.

Spectacular house, recently renovated in best Moroccan traditions. Walking distance to centre of Ouarzazate, airport nearby. Posh neighbourhood. Amenities and house itself - as advertised: gorgeous rooms, private pool, yard with garden, private parking.

Very comfortable and clean. The house and outside area were beautiful and the kitchen well stocked! It was close to lot's of shops and a supermarket.

Fantastic size, location and facilities. Very spacious and comfortable. We went in Feb so the pool water temperature was a little cool for us to use, but looked great and the outside area was lovely. Shops a short distance away, and a convenience store for essentials on the same road, also very close to the airport. Went with family, they all loved it!

My wife slipped on very slippery pool deck and hurt herself and was told by owner that she should have worn shoes. Also when I paid my €4 tax with a €5 note tge owner hesitated to even offer me change, weird reaction

Well located, total privacy. Was able to prepare own meals and do laundry, a real oasis! However, we over looked the fact that they had no services available at the Villa at the time of booking and it should be highlighted.

The host made our stay so special - from greeting us on our arrival to seeing us off on departure, they were so attentive and helpful. When one of us felt unwell the host even attended the pharmacy to purchase medication which was so kind of them. The villa exceeded our expectations - some much space and the pool was invaluable in the 30+ degree heat! The location was excellent and everyone we encountered in the neighbourhood were so friendly. We would not hesitate to recommend the villa and especially the hosts who even bought bought a beautiful Eid gift for my daughter. 10/10 to Villa Eden!

Beautiful villa with big swimming pool. Three lounges and kitchen downstairs, bedrooms upstairs. Few cafes around to get breakfast, short taxi ride to the centre, flat rate 5 DHS per person. Hammam in walking distance.

I liked everything.

The property gives you a real feel of Morocco. It has all the facilities you’ll need. Everything is clean and presentation was exceptional. Location of the property is great too, main road is a 5-10 minute walk with great food around. The owners are a great example of Moroccan hospitality, they were very helpful and took care of us from start to finish. I definitely recommend this property to anyone who is going to stay in ouarzazate.

This house was amazing. We stayed with our family of five. We had prepared the children that perhaps not everything would be as the pictures promised to be, but it really had 3 large living rooms, a wonderful private pool, and large bedrooms. It is an exceptional house. The hosts were friendly and we were waiting for us to hand the keys and show the house, and came to say goodbye. The house is in a residential area. A car is required to go to the sites of Ouarzazate. The car can be parked inside the garden.

I wish we could stay there longer but the Villa was fully booked which isn’t surprising given how good the place is.

This Villa is exceptional and by far the best place I have stayed at in all my years of travel. The Villa is perfect for a family of 4 and the children took advantage of the pool.

It's difficult to think of downsides, but we'll try. There's no A/C in the master bedroom, but we found we didn't need it. By leaving open the door to the upstairs terrace in the day, hot air escapes naturally. Cool air settles into living and sleeping areas. (There is A/C in another bedroom for those who require it anyway.)

So many wonderful things to say. FOUR storeys. THREE sumptuous traditional Moroccan living rooms! Master bedroom fit for a queen. House is inside a walled courtyard with beautiful tropical garden and pool. Patio looks out onto garden. Quiet residential street, so quiet we hardly heard the muezzin in the morning. Good laundry facilities. Host attentive and refreshed the linen each day. House earns a Cosiness Pie, our highest rating!

Nothing really, maybe the kitchen and bathrooms need an upgrade but they were functional and worked.

The location was great for walking about and nearby restaurants and cafes, the pool was a bonus. The house was very clean and comfortable with lots of space and 3 lounge areas.
