The room I stayed in (104) is old and tired, the room smelt like paint (mainly from the bathroom) and it was a little hard to breathe when using. I think it can do with an upgrade, especially the bathroom, the basin, mirror's, the shower, shower doors, tiles, are all tired, old and rusty. The hair dryer didn't work, it too was old.

The location is very convenient, you're right in the middle of the city centre so you have easy access the tourist spots or local shops. The bed was very comfortable.

Did not accept card even when it says that they do on this webside. The wifi was very bad. There was some sand in one of the beds.

The room had a good size. Kind staff. Breaksfast was good if you like a sweet start of the day, lots of pancakes and crossants.

the showers doesn’t have a lot of heat and the wifi is not strong at all . You may have to go sit in the reception area and even then it may not be effective

Our room was very noisy being right above the busy roundabout. The traffic was beeping constantly and late into the night. The breakfast was a bit of a let down and the tables/chairs were not very clean, though the fresh crepes were delicious.

Room was neat and tidy, the staff were friendly. It was decent for the price we paid.

Bring your own slippers. As the floor feels like wiped with water that been used several times. For the price, the bed was good, I have seen worse. Aircon works well. Just, I need the staff to learn more about hospitality. As I found few interactions feels racist

Not 4-star hotel, the pictures are deceptive. Not very clean, bed smells smoking with any move, bathroom is tired requires renovation, tiny elevator. Meanwhile some staff were literally pulling our luggage off my hand, so called to help, but I realised it is for tipping. The person at the main reception was trying to pretend to be more experienced but had the same attitude: looking at foreign tourists as cash cow (this attitude is way too common in Casablanca, we were overcharged several times, taxi drivers won’t pay back the rest of the money if you give large bill). We found another hotel in Casablanca, only a bit more expensive but completely different service so I would recommend to look at reviews and find a better place.

Not much to say about positives, perhaps it is a safe room over your head

The negative aspect was bathroom drainage, which was a bit clogged. It was time taking to drain the water after every shower.

Staff were very kind and helpful. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable to sleep on. Excellent location for the main city centre right at the roundabout. Most importantly, it's worth the price. Breakfast was OK.

The hotel is situated on a very busy noisy roundabout. They like to use their horns. We were offered a change of room due to the noise which was nice but we declined as we were only there 2 nights.

Staff were friendly and helpful, room was cleaned daily and fresh towels and bed made. Breakfast was good everything you could need. Very central location close to many attractions

Great location. Walking distance to main sightseeing attractions and restaurants. However very noisey as hotel is on the main road. Staff were efficient and friendly. Really enjoyed my room, really warm and cosy.

the bed was super soft, so we had problems to sleep. the hotel is directly located at a big intersection, so be prepared for noise during the night - might be fine with the rooms facing backwards, the breakfast room is very small

location is good for going around in Casablanca by foot
