We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IcelandThe reason I don’t give this otherwise excellent hotel the grade 10 is that smoking is allowed in the room downstairs where breakfast and dinner is served. Smoking should not be allowed inside at all.

United KingdomThe location, for me it was OK because I walk a lot but for some itis too far out of the centre.
I stayed here because it was the only dorm I could find in Dakhla and I wanted to meet other backpackers. It's OK but a bit out of the way on the very northern extreme of the city. If you don't mind a good walk or taxis it's fine but if not you're better off more central. There are many hotels around the same price as the dorm here.

PolandDirty. You should clean the room, when the last guest left. The floor was bit dirty, a radio was inside. Also would be a good idea to put the switch for the light inside and not outside and a lock to close the room from outside would be also good idea.
