Place can be a bit hard to find. Rooms were not cleaned during my stay. They were small to and hosts did not reply to my messages and was not around. Also walls are very thin and could hear people talking. a couple of guests next door were very noisy and made me annoyed. The TV had no tuning it which was inconvenient

Cheapest place to stay in Monaco as far as I could find. Ok view from the room. Lighting in room is fine and it seems to be in a quiet area. Also close walking distance to certain places such as the casino. Room has a fridge and microwave

Host refuaed to supply airconditioning remote and it was a hot period

Host said lock box code would be sent "morning of arrival" but code was only sent 2:55PM. I has to find some wifi at a nearby hotel to check my messages. There was no AC in the unit or instructions. Using a chair I could reach the wall mounted vent but no idea how to operate the unit or how to set the mode or temperature. I suspect it was for heat only since there was no blue or cold icon. Message to host asking for AC instructions went unanswered. I ended up leaving the window open. "Ocean view" is mostly roof view. Street noise was loud until midnight. The "no flushing toilet paper" rule was unexpected for place like Monaco. No bidet either. With no house keeping this rule would make for some interesting trash bins at the end of a long stay.

Location is great. 5-10 minute walk to train station. 5 minute walk to Carrefour supermarket. 15 minute walk to Port Hercule. Place was clean. Fridge was a nice addition. As were the set of dishes and cups. Came with 2 sets of towels which was sufficient for me. There is no house keeping which I prefer.

The crockery was definitely not clean and I didn't used one of the plankets because it smelled used.. It would also nice to change the sponge from time to time.

The floor, bathroom werent clean until i did it myself, would be great if you can add a kettle so i can make my own tea. Overall super handy for location and access.

I was honestly shocked by the tone of automatic messages I received after I booked the apartment - they have such a threatening tone. Maybe someone could help the stuff to formulate it in a more professional manner, because this is just a very rude way of communicating with guests and I was very put of by it. Also, it was very cold in the apartment.

It was exactly what the pictures showed - the location is not bad at all, especially when you are walking to the city itself, because it is downhill. It does get a bit more challenging to return uphill, so make sure you are wearing some comfortable shoes. Getting a taxi / uber is super challenging.

Details said there was an electric kettle on room however there wasn’t one. Need for container to microwave food. You cannot flush toilet paper due to plumbing issue and the bin provided for dirty tissue has no lid. I would suggest owner changes bin, adds air freshener to bin and provides spare bags and details of where guests can dispose of these each day. Would also be improved by a blackout blind.

A double duvet for couples and more updated and white/plain bedlinen. Maybe a picture of Monte Carlo instead of a cookie recipe! Also, ventilation in the bathroom is necessary as it remains slippery and steamy unless you keep the door open and to keep the air fresh

I arrived 1.5 hours early and was charged 25 euros an hour to store my suitcase. Was not allowed to rent in the room that was ready. Toilets seem to have blocking problems, and toilet paper was not allowed to be flushed. This is unacceptable and un hugenic. Not fire detectors or escape. Is this legal?

there were no curtains on the kitchen windows, so everymorning we were woken up by the sun light. The 'kitcken' has no tool to actually cook, not even a coffee, just a microwave. Even after direct enquires, the owner did not sent us an invoice.
