The only thing is, it would.be better.if we could pay straight through booking.com.rather.than.placing our card then having to call them to.pay

The staff were really nice, they even gave me a birthday card. They helped us out when all the taxis were completely booked. The.hotel was very clean and view from our room was amazing. The pool was very cold though despite the temperature giide of the pool outside said 28C. Either way we still.enjoyed the pool :)

I didn't like the hidden fees they charge when you checkin. I needed to use the refrigerator in our room, but couldn't because it was being used as the hotel's minibar. A vending machine in the lobby would have sufficed.

Monaco is an expensive city so the hotel is also pricy. But compared to other locations still reasonable!

The only minus was that we had breakfast bought in the price on the spot, it turned out that the omelette is paid. After 2 days we realized that the card says that English breakfast is included in the price.

The hotel is great in every respect, the location is excellent, the service is excellent and helpful, the whole hotel is clean, the service in the restaurant is excellent.

At times it was quite noisy due to helicopters arriving and departing throughout the day. Fun to watch, but they did begin early and continue into the evening. This hotel was meant to be a treat for us on our journey as we toured Europe by train. Unfortunately, I don't think we were the usual type of guest that stays at the Columbus and felt that we weren't greeted on arrival in a welcoming, friendly manner and also when we used the free shuttle service when we left. A beautiful hotel, but is it just for the rich?

A beautifully decorated hotel in an exclusive area of Monaco. The room was spacious, modern, air-conditioned with balcony overlooking the garden, heliport and side view of the sea. The bathroom was large and had quality toiletries to use. It was very comfortable, clean and private. The outdoor pool was great, with complementary sunbeds and towels. The majority of the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a relaxing stay.
