This sounds a bit picky but the pillows were incredibly soft. I prefer a form pillow.

The were building works on one day that starting at 9.30am with no warning and went on for the entire day, which was very noisy!

Too many people in the hotel. U need to pay extra for the pool on the rooftop. Carpet in the room is a bit smelly.

We chose this hotel because it met our requirements for quality and location. However, they made the decision to live spontaneously. Seeing the availability of rooms on booking.com, we just arrived there for registration. However, after the stay with a special "waiting" at the reception. There are already 6 counters and workers, but we all interfered with "doing our job" and they: tired, migrated from the counter to the office and each subsequent sent us to the "standby mode". What is simply unacceptable for a hotel of such a chain and such a level! However, after going through the procedure of "aging like an excellent wine", we were faced with the inability to buy a room at the price of booking.com. At our request, the receptionist strictly and categorically sent us to booking.com. We took his advice. And already with the existing reservation, we returned to another employee (in my opinion, Andrew is very polite and truly professional and not tired of his work, we finally settled in and we were even offered a room that more suits our desires, since we were traveling with children. However, despite this disrespectful "waiting mode" at check-in, the hotel still lives up to its level in every respect. Cleanliness, comfort, textiles, cosmetics, silence, breakfast and service - all at the highest level.

We booked a deluxe sea view room but unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy it because there was a huge construction blocking the view. We complained about this and ask to change the room because we wanted a nice view or else we could have booked a cheaper room with no view… all they said let’s see what we can do about this and they never came back to us

There were water leaks all along the hall! The hallways looked cheap compared to the rest of the hotel. Also the evening food in the upstairs restaurant was poor quality especially the chicken given the prices charged

We didn’t like the fact the Nikki beach was the only pool available for hotel guests to to the works. We were not advised at reception that we had to pre book a bed even though we asked the question when checking in. I’m currently pregnant and the hotel were not attentive to this when at the pool i had to sit on a bar stool every day which is extremely uncomfortable at 6 months pregnant, I felt this was unacceptable considering how much we paid to stay at the hotel for a period of 4 nights. The building works Monday-Friday we’re extremely noisy and only off at the weekend. Some members of staff were extremely rude giving me weird looks because of my bump which made me feel extremely uncomfortable I have never been anywhere else that has acted like this towards a pregnant lady.

The location was good, we stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms which were beautiful. I had a lovely pregnancy massage at the spa which was amazing.

Was overcharged double price for breakfast and prices at Nikki Beach are a little absurd . I don’t mind to pay when it’s worth it but some things simply didn’t make sense . Renovations under way and started early in the morning with people walking around in front of the garden rooms and plenty of noise - not sure if I’d choose high season to do this work. Also wanted to make an appointment for the spa and couldn’t because it was already closed - would be great if concierge had access to a digital schedule instead . Nobu was fine but had to chase down the waiter to bring the bill and he forgot to ever bring my wine so I didn’t get any. My daughter was falling asleep by the time we were able to get out of there and it wasn’t that busy. Expect better. Was given discount on bill at check out for being overcharged (4 buffets rather than two) and having a dirty table at breakfast but that discount never reflected on my credit card statement unfortunately.

We enjoyed the views from the dining areas and the kids care facilities . Staff was very kind and genuine . Highly recommend the kids club- my daughter had an amazing time and they were very engaged with her ! If you want a little time to yourself this hotel can be a great option for parents traveling with kids .
