We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesBreakfast is not well managed: food lovely, but upon seating, there were no menus at the table and there was no plastic stand with the QR code to see it, so for two days I had no idea that you could order a la carte and not pay 45 Euros for the huge buffet. No waiter explained the various breakfast options to me so I stupidly assumed the buffet was my only choice. On our last morning finally a waiter explained about the QR code menu but I didn't have my phone to read it so I ordered a croissant from her. It didn't come for 20 minutes and finally I had to go without eating. I was charged on my bill 45 Euros on the buffet anyway, but they did take it off when we checked out. I also wonder about a five star hotel relying on a QR code for a menu. I assume that is a holdover from Covid but many people aren't in the habit of bringing their telephone to breakfast--I also think that is tacky, something you would expect in a diner but not in one of the most elegant hotels in the world.
The Housekeeping staff went over and beyond for me when, upon my return to the US, I discovered I had left a necklace in the bathroom. The piece means a lot to me, but it is not particularly valuable. I called overseas and was connected to the nicest person ever who had found it and facilitated its mailing to me. The concierge also helped. I am so grateful to them and they could not have been more wonderful. While we had a rocky check in experience and were double charged for wine a couple of times, the manager made it right and she was extremely accommodating and helpful. I am grateful to her, too.

NetherlandsOur shower did not get hot, which is, considering the price and standing of the place a bit of a letdown. Even worse, we complained and someone said they would fix it while we were at dinner but hey never did.
It is a classic Monaco place, valet parking, walking distance to Casino, Marina, etc. The on-site Michelin restaurant was awesome. Our room had a great view over the the Marina and the F1 track they were setting up.

Coming down for the taxi and being then told we are 4th in line and having missed our lunch reservation because 4th in line meant a wait of 30 minutes followed by a shrug from the portiers and an offer by the concierge to eat in the hotel Limited variety of fruits, fish, cold cuts and breads at the breakfast buffet Setting of the breakfast Almost all tables on the terrace where the breakfast took place were wobbly and tilting from left to right. A hotel located in a heritage building since 126 years, designed by the same designer of Eiffel's tower. The service and kindness of the staff were outstanding. Hotels' facilities were fancy and up to the expectation. The "Lumin restaurant" at the lubby has a variety of choices and beautifull day light. the "crystal bar" as well was worth the experience with a quite atmosphere at mid-night.

United KingdomThe room on the 7th floor was too small for a hotel of that standard..There was only room for one armchair and one desk chair. We had breakfast in the room and in addition to uncomfortable seating for one of us there was only barely enough room for the breakfast table. The shower was also smaller than most and the water pressure not great. The room was described as 'superior' on the booking.com website but when I mentioned this to the person handling my departure he advised the room was the smallest but for an extra €50 a night I could have secured a bigger room. I would definitely have done that had I known.
The staff are exceptional, the food outstanding and the atmosphere first class. Everything about the hotel is exemplary.
