The shower had a bit of mold and and the paper coffee cup in the room is not great, it should be ceramic cups . Also the date inside the lifts needed a bit if maintenance ( chipped wood )

Beautiful setting , great location stunning views . The rooms cède big with amazing sea view . The food at chef ravin was just unbelievable. We will be back for sure .

We had no indication of wifi network and password anywhere in the room. We had to use our mobile. Pool water a bit too cold. Breakfast way too expensive.

Great place with decent size room and amazing view on the sea and the town. Comfy room and beds. Lorenzo at the front desk was very nice and helpful. We loved the pool area.

Breakfast was 44 EUROS per person totaling 88 EUROS every morning. Definitely not worth the money. Dinner prices in 3 Restuarants were through the roof expensive. Did not eat dinner there. Parking was another 35 EUROS per day. Most of additional facilities like steam rooms etc were an extra charge. Many of the outside grounds areas were roped off, beds and Umbrellas taken away, only 1 pool outside was open. At almost 4-500 EUROS per day for the stay I think they could have not charged an absorbent amounts for everything else. Definitely a money grab hotel but I guess that's Monte carlo.

The customer service at the reception is absolutely terrible and absurd - they enforce you to pay advance payments for activities that you don’t even plan on doing worse enough we excused ourselves for a late check out for an extra hour and they never disclaimed that they’ll charge us rather what happened when we got to the desk they started yelling at us telling us we need to pay €200 extra after paying almost €530 for a one night stay that didn’t even include breakfast (WELCOME TO MONACO FOR REAL) the also started threatening us to call the police because we are black and didn’t want to pay the €200 like we excused ourselves for a late check out have some common decency - AND THEY SAID WE WILL NEVER BE WELCOMED BACK TO THE COUNTRY CAUSE WE REFUSED TO PAY AND WE DID NOT. WE HAVE STAYED IN HOTELS ALL OVER TBE WORLD AND THIS WAS THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!! So be careful if your black they don’t like us out there 🤣🤣🤣

Overall the hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of the architecture, the views all sensational.

Food and breakfast are not tasteful as the hotel. Staff is not well. Waiters classic french waiters snob and they do what they want to do, your needs are not important. (Specifically in breakfast) when checking in the lady didn’t give me enough information about the hotel use. Breakfast and etc, i had to ask all the questions one by one

The bed sheets were not always changed. Also one time our bed split and they said they will fix it I had wait 2 hours for them to come and fix the mattress.

The pool is really nice a big. The view from the room is amazing. The room service is REALLY FAST when it comes to ordering food. Their cheeseburger and chicken nuggets are on another level.

The seagulls/birds eating food from the outdoor breakfast tables was off putting. There should be a hotel shuttle every 15 mins to take hotel guests into town, as taxis are difficult to find and the bus isn't all that frequent. Transport is a bit of an issue with no Ubers so help with that would be great. The changing rooms for the poolside and lagoons could be much better, pretty basic. There should also be a loyalty programme and more on offer for guests who have stayed more than once.

I love the design and overall aesthic - especially the lagoon and poolside area which is the star of the show. The food and cakes are delicious. The staff is generally very good - attentive without being over powering. I loved my room and terrace too. A cocktail and bar bites by the sea in the Blue Bar is one of the most relaxing things you can do. One of my favourite places to stay in the world. Especially after a hectic week at Cannes Lions.

The price was slightly on the higher side.

We had a fantastic experience at the hotel, thoroughly enjoying the mesmerizing view of the Mediterranean Ocean from our room. The additional cost was definitely worth it. To add to our delight, they greeted us with local chocolates and fruits upon discovering it was our honeymoon vacation. The room was impeccably clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location was convenient.

The internet was a catastrophy. If you need to get work done like me, forget about it. It's impossible. It's madness how such a wealthy country can have such poor internet connection. Like in many places, there are great and less good staff. When we checked in, the lady working there could barely give us a smile, but when we checked out, that lady was very charming and sweet. I will definitely book this hotel again if I go back to Monaco. I hope they will have a greater variety on their room service menu and fix the internet.

The pool is amazing! It's heated and the sand bottom pool is massive. There is a great indoor pool too with a jacuzzi. Monaco is super expensive and ordering a Coke will set you back by €15, but man does this place make you feel like a king. It was an amazing experience staying here. The location is great close to the sea.
