We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United KingdomPoor menu at the terrace. Staff efficient but cero emphatic. Lot of areas outdoor were closed so no access to the nicest areas of the garden. The decoration is a glam old fashioned style. Some elements of furniture inside the room are annoying or wrongly located.
Beautiful place by the sea but old fashion. Extremely clean. Rooms and their terraces are very good size. Easy to access by 10 mins walk to beach restaurants and cafés

United Stateswe had one of the most expensive rooms in this hotel. there is no service, it's all the same to you. in the restaurant they offered me to sit on a wet sofa, there was no other place, I left. I don’t have my own beach, only a pool, I didn’t find access to the sea, only in the creek and go from the stairs. old hotel, complete lack of service and some desire to improve something

United StatesThe hotel itself presents itself as a 4 star property but it is drastically outdated. The rooms were dirty and pool area was even filthier. We asked for an additional towel when going to the pool area and the staff told us no only 1 towel per guest. It would make sense if the pool was busy but there were only 10 people by the pool at the end of the day when we arrived. For the amount of money of this hotel and to not even have complimentary breakfast, I not walk but run away from this facility.

United Kingdom1) We were waiting for our luggage for 40 minutes ( we've been told it will be delivered to our room). I called reception multiple times to check where is our luggage but there weren't any updates. I decided to go and check by myself, and our luggage were still outside in front of hotel with few of the staff free. 2) I called to ask if the hotel has any adaptors to charge my phone. The person who answered was quite rude, who told me " No, we don't provide adaptors, GOODBYE". I couldn't even ask or say something the conversation was finished. 3) I had a broken balcony, which I've asked to repair while we are away. Nobody did it. But I want to say, that two very helpful staff came to us at night and helped us. To be fair, I told about this situation during check-out and hotel gave me nice small discount!
I had a nice sea view room. The size of the room was quite good, and I was very clean! Good hotel facilities and good location.

United KingdomRooms are large but with low ceilings and no mirrors or art; paper cups and 3 powdered milk sachets for your tea and coffee machine. Reception (we arrived with young children late at night) refused a supplemental bed in the room we booked, and showed us other more expensive rooms in worst locations, even though the hotel was empty, clearly trying to bill maximum for worst available options; then as we declined these upgrades, and tipped 50 euros, there was no problem getting the supplemental bed in our original room - and plenty of room there for it. The mattresses are cheap and flat. The building is perpendicular to the sea so there is no “sea facing” rooms, you either look at the city far above and the pools below (beautiful view but no sea), or you look east at the shore, the road and the next hotel across the water. What you see in the pictures is the part of the building that’s split between the local residences and the hotel’s suites, not rooms. also the pictures show that you can see the sea through your balcony railing. only in suits. Rooms are in the building perpendicular to the see and have balcony railings composed of thick columns and once you sit down, you see nothing. The pools area is beautiful, but the dirty plastic chairs have no covers, and pool reception will only give one towel per person. First you sit on it, then you use it to dry yourself, then you walk back to the entrance to exchange your wet towel for the dry one. the manager supports this unhygienic order of the director called Frederic. it’s one towel per person I am afraid. Children’s menus have no pizza or pasta, just bento boxes full of fries with breaded chicken or fish. “Jus de fruit frais” is from a packet for 12 euros. freshly squeezed juice is billed as a “smoothie” for 23 euros. The water in the pools is mildly chlorinated. To rinse off the chlorine smell you need to walk all the way back into the indoor pool area as showers outdoors were closed the week we were there.
The looks of it are great, the pillows are comfortable, and there is a shade option in the large indoor pool. the chefs cook good food, the cleaning staff and the room service staff are friendly. the sand under your feet in the outdoor pool feels nice. The ice cream is good. The lift will take you down to the beauty and hair salon level with reasonable prices (man’s haircut 50 euros, shellac nail repair 15 euros) and to the entrance to the indoor pool from inside, so you can go down in your bathrobe. The beds in the room are wide, “double” size, and the small supplemental bed we had for our 12 year old had a good mattress.

GermanyThe only reason of giving 7 Star and not 10, was the supervisor who was called to solve a problem of Transportation! the driver let us down with a baby and a career in the middle of street and asked us to pay extras for that and the supervisor did not accept anything of our complaint and tried nothing to solve our problem but behaved very selfish and told that its not his problem!! unbelievable! very expensive and not worth breakfast.

United StatesThe front desk receptionist advised us we couldn’t use the pool while we were waiting for our room; she told us she would call us at 2pm to advise when our room would be ready and never called. Upon checking out the same employee was argumentative over the issue insisting that she called us - even when we showed her the cell phone had not received a call. Upon asking for a map of the hotel the front desk sent us to the concierge desk, the concierge desk told us they did not have hotel maps - that the front desk would be the place to enquire - extremely frustrating as upon being given our room keys later in the day the hotel map was in with the keys. The location is far from the casino and palace. It is difficult to get a taxi 15 minute wait on average. The hotel shuttle should not stop at 6pm. The furniture on the balcony does not accommodate 2 people. The front desk told us all we needed to enter the casino was the gold card they gave us; upon arriving at the casino we were denied access because we did not have our passport. This was very disappointing especially since the casino and hotel are affiliated and passports were necessary to check in that same day - photographs of the passports were not acceptable, even after speaking to management. This not the level of service that I expected and would not return. The receptionist/women at the front desk who checked us in and checked us out was the rudest person I have ever encountered at a reception desk - this is a first and last impression that a guest should not have to endure. The management should train their employees much better.
The view and the pool was the best part of this hotel - although unfortunately the children were screaming and yelling - I did not expect that at this type of hotel - they should have an adult only area.

United KingdomI had stayed previously, the meals are not fantastic, there was an issue / miscommunication on the deposit, didn’t like the way it was handled. The housekeeping missed out on replacing items and for a room that had three people only a small bottle of water was given daily. Unlike the hotel in NIce were the customer service was exceptional and they were willing to make it a successful stay, this was the contrary.
The location was good. near the sea and in a quite area.
