The fan in the bathroom cannot be turned off. The staff entered the room in my absence, when the “do not disturb” status was set, I made a remark, they did not enter the room again.

Front desk (especially Oxana) very friendly and helpful (with taxi etc). Location great. Rooms so nice and clean. Quiet. Only issue was that shower water was always scalding hot and could not be fixed, even after we notified the hotel, they could not fix it. So taking a shower was very difficult but manageable.

I didn't like that breakfast was not served as a buffet. We only went once and the large restaurant room was empty. The buffet table was empty. Indeed we arrived in the last part of the breakfast schedule, but we did so in other past hotels as well and the restaurant always had more people in it. So it felt a bit awkward to be the only ones there. The receptionist served us individual plates with a selection of veggies, eggs, bread, yogurt, etc. But being served individual plates with whatever the cook chooses to fill them with, it feels unconfortable especially if you don't like everything on the plate. For a 10€ breakfast fee per person, I prefer choosing my food of choice from a buffet. We ended up going out for breakfast, La Plăcinte had good, warm breakfast options and at much cheaper price.

I liked the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Clean bed sheets. Comfy matress. Spacious room. Large bed, especially favourable for tall people. Bright room due to large windows. Thick drapes during the night that filled the room in perfect darkness. Very quiet.

Breakfast is rather unsatisfactory - I would expect more local products and with local taste than the plastic yellow cheese or a more authentic bread than that sliced one. Terrible choice!

If it was possible, it deserves more than 5 stars. Rooms were spacious, comfy, extremely clean, and well illuminated. Breakfast had many variety and was tasty. Best part was hotel staff, really professional and friendly. They served me drinks (and even my own wine) at late night hours and had really nice conversations also. Thank you.

It is a pity that in a country like Moldova, with a lot of natural products, the cheese/dairy provided for breakfast are the most industrial ones. The ironing machine is somewhere in a special place at 4th floor and because I am travelling for business and I need to iron my clothes properly, it become a bit unpleasant. The biggest problem though is the fact that there is no fridge in the room at all - and if you want to have cold water in the hot summer days it is a problem.

Due to the location, close to my company's office, on the beautiful street with restaurants, supermarket, bars (I think there is even a theatre on this street) - it is my 3rd time when I stayed here. The room are super spacious, I particularly like the one with balcony, bathroom the same - spacious (not with balcony:))) Staff is very nice and helpful - I am feeling welcome all the time. Breakfast - although sometimes not varied enough, is decent.

I informed the hotel of my check-in time which was at 7 a.m., after an overnight flight, and they drew the curtains and left the air-con on for me. They also made a bespoke note of the English TV channels which they gave me at check-in. The room (and the bathroom) was very spacious and the air-con worked well on a 36-degree day. There was a huge selection of food for breakfast and I felt very much spoiled!

Some days, when there were not so many guests in the hotel, the breakfast will be served on 2-3 big plates by hotel staff directly from kitchen to guest's table. Even with that, the portions were so big that I could not eat all! :)

Hotel is situated in the downtown, in a recently built building. The interior is very clean, in a classical style. Staff at reception, particularly Cristina and Oxana, were very helpful, provided info tips and explained where to go. I noticed a concert poster on the second date of my stay on one of the streets and Oxana helped me to purchase the concert ticket. Rooms and shower were clean, regularly cleaned and sheets changed. Free Wi-Fi works fast. Optional break fast (price - $11) is highly recommended. Big variety of food to choose from, several types of coffee (coffee machine), tea and local wine, and seasonal fruits. Hotel provides laundry and ironing services. My clothes were washed, ironed and returned on the same day. On the opposite side of the street from the hotel there is a cafe cooking Moldovan cuisine (La Seazatoare) and Oliva (pizza and pasta). 40-50 m far from the hotel is a supermarket Nr 1, where you can buy whatever needed. Government offices and embassies are 10-15 minutes far on foot. Overall, great and calm place worth of its money.
