The room was clean and well-prepared, though it was evident that the hotel wasn't brand new and could use some renovations in places. Nevertheless, it remains a good choice. There was no complimentary water in the room, prompting us to request some from the administrator. Additionally, the room slippers provided were too small, even for a 12-year-old child.

The staff were exceptionally courteous and eager to assist. Our accommodation, even after midnight, was seamlessly handled by the administrator who efficiently addressed all our inquiries and fulfilled our extra needs, such as additional pillows and blankets for the children, as well as extra drinking water.

Very nice and stylish hotel with a suitable location and possibility to park safely. Very comfortable rooms! Very hospitable staff! Great breakfast! Pleasant decoration! In the neighborhood you can find shops, pharmacies and cafes.

Cleaners come late after 1600, when. Asking it took them 4 callouts and over 3 hours to refresh room. Breakfast is very poor, not even butter, coffee is bad... Furniture in room bit outdated and poorly built, air-conditioner weak... Had a very cheap and fragile vent in room... Shower drain not working properly...

Big room, double shower cab, great bed and more... Hotel looks great. Nice terrace, poor selection of drinks but supermarket under terrace and great coffee and food across street, and great food next to hotel on a selection of Japanese food.

- no soundproofing - you can hear everything from the rooms around you - floor in the bathroom is very slippery especially with water that spills from the shower - breakfast was not always fresh and missed water, juice and sometimes even hot water - left my new converse here, returned month after but nobody returned them to me

Clean room, nice restaurant onsite, friendly understanding staff (almost all of the staff except of one person). Free parking. lots of restaurants nearby. not far from botanic garden and lake (and almost all the embassies) - you can reach them by feet in 30 mins

Old furnitue, the air conditioning was poor or not functioning at all (room changed), fridge in the room was broken, but it was changed immediately.

This is just a list of suggestion to make the stay quite perfect: -just add few more soaps/shampoo in the bathroom/closet. The cost is little and very few guest will use it, but nobody will ask for more. -same for the refrigerator, just add one or maximum two bottles of water. -ask the ladies to always check the status of the furnitures and keep them good (ie. room 305 needs the support of the shower to be fixed or changed). Then it will be perfect!!!

The AC wasn't working at first and they knew about it even if they had more rooms at first we asked for a replacement and they offered to fix the AC while i wasn't in the room.I asked for a room switch a second time and they accepted . The restaurant next to the hotel has a very loud music outside that was disturbing our sleep.

The hotel wasn't bad. But bedsheets were with hols. AC wasn't working and was leaking.

The staff is very friendly. Lady from reception speaks fluently 3 languages. Very kind and very polite. She did everything to acomodate us fast. AC problem she send straight away a person to check it.

We were given a room near the elevator and we could hear the noise of the engine and we could feel the vibrations.

The room was large and very clean. The breakfast was varied enough. The location is not that far from the city centre which can be reached on foot or by public transport.

No TV remote in the room(as been stolen) , child bed wasn't prepared(we've booked the hotel as family where we have mentioned a child of 5 years old). Last day the breakfast wasn't prepared even though we had bed and breakfast booking, we asked and then they went to put it up, 30min later from when the breakfast times were up.

the layout of the room is very bad, we didn’t get the baby crib as asked; there were no amenities at all; the pillows are old and horrible, deformed. No attendee at the reception whenever we needed them.

The card lock did not work in the room. the lighting in the room blinked and burned out somewhere. in the shower room, the shower hose could not be fixed, and the hot water pressure had to wait for 15 minutes to spill. The mattress on the bed was always moving and I had to fix it every time.
