Booked this hotel for 4 nights, paid 30$ per night in february 2024. RECEPTION: Staff were friendly and helpful. ROOM: I lived in "Small Double Room" on the second floor, double bed with private bathroom. It was a small room with air conditioner, window, table, nightstands, kettle. Overall the room was clean, the bed was comfortable. But it was very cold in the room even with the air conditioner, radiator was not working! BATHROOM: Clean, water was warm and the pressure was ok. Towels, shampoo and gel are provided. There is no washing machine in the number. Hot water was not running for half day, but later they fixed it. CHECK OUT: 12:00

If you have a heavy bag, it'd be hard to bring it up or down the main stairs by the entrance.

I was able to check in earlier, which was essential after my sleepless trip to Chisinau. Staff were ready to help me with that.

The room did not match the paid room on Booking. The main complaint is DIRT! The hotel is very dirty (!!!), the room was cleaned very badly, the smell and traces of previous guests, leftover food on the floor, dirty curtains, old towels, dust everywhere, there was a feeling that they had never cleaned under the bed, broken sockets, the TV did not work, the lock and handle the doors are broken, the door in the shower cabin is broken and many more nuances ..... The room was very dirty, I was shocked. Yes, the hotel may be old, modest and not rich, but not dirty (!!!) and you can fix what is broken!!!! This is the indifference of the owners and the thirst for profit! Only money from clients! I paid $30 per night and $10 late check out (at 4 am). This hotel is not worth the money, the price is very high! I was tired and didn't have the strength to swear. But I'm writing a review here, it will be more effective !!! I will not book this hotel again!

The stay. There was no hot water (unannounced), the room smelled, they gave us the ugliest room in the hotel, nothing like the pictures. It had no windows, you had to go through a door saying "staff only", and you could hear the staff pretty loud outside the room at any given time. The room was painted and decorated in the most communist way possible.

The fact that they let us store our luggage there until check-in. (Although they kept them in the lobby instead the room, and pretty sure the room was already ready)

No elevator, you need to bring your heavy bag by yourself to 3rd floor by slippery stairs. Half of lamps not working. Restaurant closed. Toilet was leaking

is overrated the price for what you receive.(at least for the room I got). the shower had missing a door- so the splash was inevitable and is a very small room. I was offered another room- smelly and dirty,so I stayed in the initial one. Bathroom, which is a separate tinny room- the cupboards, the toilet lid - was almost falling apart by just touching it. Noisy- you could here your neighbor like was next to you. I could hear everything what was going on at the reception, even thou it was fairly far from…8 o’clock in the morning room next to me was cleaned- no considerate for other people around. Asked for an iron- obviously never got it.

It looks better in pictures than in reality. It was a decent hotel, good enough if you arrive late at night and you're in need of a room to sleep. It was ok, but I think if you need to stay more than one night it's not the ideal choice.

1 - I arrived there around 3pm and they told me that the room wasn't ready yet and that I should wait 1,5h. 2 - The room was dirty. It had traces of the previous guests. On the floor there where rests of something that seemed to be food. The bed was uncomfortable. Even though there was a mattress, it felt like there were a wooden stakes diving the bed in 3 parts, which we could feel clearly. 3- The bathroom door handle was broken, so we couldn't even close the door properly. The toilet seat was dirty, it seems that the didn't even check it. The sink had the remaining pieces of food. The shower didn't seem to be clean. And there was no hot water only warm-cold water. 4 - The WiFi wasn't available. The heating was turned off. The Air Conditioner didn't work, while the remote was showing 20 and didn't allow me to increase the temperature, the AC was around 24 but it didn't blow any air.

It's near MallDova and about 20-30 minutes walking from the centre.

Toilet seat was broken. The room was unavailable even though we arrived late after the check in hour. They wanted to charge me twice because of some error in their system. The room and bathroom were dirty overall.
