the acces to the SPA . it was very dificult for us , as guests of the hotel to use the SPA facilities . the only day we can use it , it was full of people and children who didn’t know how to behave .

Everything was great at this hotel, the rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was very kind. Good and various food for breakfast. We also had a spa session only for us till midnight, with massages in the hamam, it was so amazing, totally exceeded our expectations . We highly recommend this hotel and we would definitely visit it again.

Heat and air conditioning controls were confusing.

My family and I stayed at this hotel 2 years ago and it was excellent. I was in Chisinau again this year and the hotel remains excellent. It is my go-to place to stay.

For a 4 stars hotel the breakfast is king of poor. The coffee is awful, horrible. Coffee and breakfast needs serios improvements. In the shower the water is draining very very slowly.

The hotel is clean, which is very important, rooms are very spacious, also the bathrooms. Excellent soundproof windows. Beds are very comfortable. We’ve stayed in an apartment which was amazing. The staff is very nice and helpful. Wifi is good.

Everything! It’s was a fabulous stay for my bachelor party:) Spa is fantastic, be informed though that you need a prior reservation for it, and it is on extra cost, however it worth it for sure because spa is privately closed for you! Breakfast was nice had a variety of choice! Location is very good as well! It’s new and very clean and high level hotel for Chisinau! 100% recommended

We texted the hotel through the Booking.com at 13:30 to let them know that we were going to arrive at around 19:30-20:00, on our way from Kyiv. After a very long and exhausting drive, we arrived at the hotel at 20:00. They told us that our room was not ready and we had to wait (we waited in the lobby for over an hour). We told the hotel manager (Sergio I believe) that we have notified them six hours in advance about our arrival time, and being kept at the lobby for this long was unacceptable. As the hotel manager seemed to be a very nice person, and also looked deeply sorry, we waited a little longer and they finally took us to our room. As we entered the room, we saw that it was extremely dirty (photos attached), beds were roughly made and the whole room was HEAVILY stinking sweat. Luckily, hotel manager entered the room with us and he witnessed the situation in first hand. Housekeepers were running around to spray and make up the room. As people who have self respect, we said that we didn't want to stay in this hotel. The hotel manager explained how sorry he was and basically begged us to stay and he promised a full refund. We were extremely tired after a 9 hour drive, so we accepted to stay. Next morning we left. We waited for a week to receive the refund, but haven't heard anything back. We tried to get in contact with the hotel but we couldn't. Finally, I found a way to reach them through Whatsapp and they texted me that "they were in the process with the bank regarding my refund". As of today, it has been 33 days since our stay, and the hotel neither answer my calls, nor reply. I could only speak to a front desk agent and gave her my number in order for the hotel manager to "kindly" get in touch with me. But haven't heard anything back. I believe they simply blocked my number. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone who value themselves.

The room is in need of refurbishment. I got no shampoo, but 2 conditioners)) I think 4 stars is a bit of an exhaustion, 3 may be.

Buffet breakfast was quite basic and not worth the price paid. Tv are flat screens but old with no Netflix or amazon prime. The sauna and swim needs to be booked days before you use it and it costs extra, Kind of defeats the purpose of booking an expensive hotel

We had the reservation during Christmas and in the room it was cold, the heating system did not function. We have changed the room on our own cost but the problem was the same. We've stood 2 nights like this, in the 3rd day the problem has been solved but the hotel hasn't made any compensation for the inconvenient. The hotel has Spa and we've stood 4 nights but we did not had the possibility to use the Spa because they were other appointments made by people outside the hotel also. So, even if we have chosen and pay for a hotel with SPA, we could not enjoy it. The room was clean, the staff friendly and the position ok.

It is advertised as a Spa hotel, but you have to hire and pay for the whole Spa on a private basis. Therefore, as a lone traveler, it does not work, as you have to pay 70 euro to use it! It is really only suitable for hiring out to large groups (presumably external guests). The bathroom was impressive, but no thought has been given to health and safety. It would be so easy for an elderly person to slip on the soapy surface of the marble base of the shower and end up cracking their head open. The bed was too soft for my liking and the pillows were lumpy and hard.

This is a nice building located on a fairly quiet street in Central Chisinau. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet has a good choice of items. The price was reasonable.

I booked the deluxe suite in this hotel because it had good reviews and the room was listed as soundproof. It prooved not to be soundproof at all: I could hear a guy snorring, people talking and a couple having intense sex on the floor above. During both nights of my stay in the hotel I had a terrible sleep because of the nosiness of the place. Would not stay there again.
