Excellent breakfast. Helpful staff (special mention for Eugin on Reception (I've almost certainly spelled his name wrong! Anyway he knows who he is!!) who was super helpful in ordering me a taxi at the crack of dawn and making sure I had water for the journey. Hotel location is good, everything was walkable. Very well stocked mini bar, decent prices. Comfortable room. And a bathrobe provided - absolute bonus points for this. More bonus points for the contact card with a QR code given on check-in, so you can scan the hotel details into your phone. Easy!

Brilliant hotel. Exceptionally friendly staff. Fantastic location. I really appreciate the professionalism of the staff working there, their overall attitude, kindness etc. The hotel was exceptionally clean. The amenities were great. Would definitely stay again.

Top Service, Great breakfast, good location in Center in a quiet neighbourhood with amazing restaurants. Management was in contact before my journey even started, got upgrade on arrival and sweets in the end. Room very spacious

The owners and staff put their professionalism and soul into this hotel, everything was perfect.

I was leaving early so i took advantage of the "brekfast to go" service- the prepared set was great. In the evening i went for dinner to Gastrobar, which is not war away- i highly recommended it. There is a good selection of different dishes and wine, especially for fish and seafood lovers.

The location was super good! Close to all main touritst attractions. Staffs are very kind. Room was clean. Breakfast was also very good with fresh fruit, bacon and very nice coffee. I would like to come back again to this hotel. I chose this hotel because of very high rating after thorough check of all past reviews. And my selection of this hotel was satisfactory as I expected.

Everything, this hotel is a true gem. It is beautifully decorated, the view from our balcony was stunning. Truly one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to. The staff were so kind and accommodating. They made sure we’d have the best possible stay in Chișinău, giving us travel tips and even a guide to the city. Highly highly recommend. Wish I could give more than 10 out of 10.

An extra lounge chair in the room would be great. I requested an additional chair and got it.

Luxury hotel, well designed, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. I stayed in 2 different rooms on the property and throughly enjoyed both. You receive an overview of where to find great restaurants and other needed shops electronically which was very convenient. Outside courtyard is great for relaxing.

Regarding the accommodation, it’s indeed a luxury experience: high-end details everywhere you look into the hotel, professional employees, well balanced breakfast. 👏👏👏 Good location aswell->nearby downtown (10 min walking to Stefan cel Mare boulevard, right next to the Government Palace, Presidency Palace and Art & Ballet Theatre, plus lots of restaurants&pubs for everyone’s needs and expectation).👍

I almost live in hotels but staying here was such a wonderful experience! very polite and yet friendly staff, fantastic breakfast, comfortable beds and pillows, luxury interiors with close attention to details. I would definitely come back again. at check out I was even offered a bottle of Moldavian sparkling wine.

This hotel is a boutique hotel with a highest standards. I travel really a lot, but I never saw such perfect set of everything in the room! Excellent mini bar and even more! Superb bad and pillows. All you need for quality rest and to enjoy your life! Service is exceptional, personal is very helpful and very responsive. Super clean, all is new. Breakfast was very good. If you go to Chisinau definitely that your choice!!!!

Not a complaint but merely a comment, the guest should be able to keep towels etc for the stay and not have them changed daily, nearly all hotels I have stayed in have this option.

The hotel and staff were great, location was good, no complaints at all. Having a balcony was a plus being a smoker.

it would be useful if there was a place to sit for business meetings. there was a room that could be booked but might have been too formal. however there were lots of lovely cafes and restaurants around.

the room I stayed in was well equipped and beautifully furnished. the staff on the front desk were excellent and very helpful. my stay was genuinely a wonderful surprise
