I was charged twice. I paid by card when I checked in. I found later that they charged again the following morning at 10:11am from the same card. Before I book for this hotel I had read reviews complaining for being charged twice. I had thought they won't often do such unprofessional stupid mistake and I booked. I misjudged. They did, or tend to do? I got refund a week later. breakfast is a bit below average but included, so no complain.

The pavements (sidewalks) in the area are very rough at present, though I noticed work is being done nearby to improve them.

There was plenty of choice at breakfast and everything was fresh The room (studio) was spacious with a balcony. The location is a little far away from the main street and centre of Chisinău, but I enjoyed the walk.

No room service and no way to use facilities such as the sauna, which was busy each and every time that I tried to use it and which as overpriced –according to the price provided at the front desk, which wasn't the same as in the leaflet that I found in my room. So good experience overall, but don't expect any extras.

Among the booked rooms was an apartment, there was no minibar, the kitchen equipment was very sparse. In some rooms there was a kettle, but not in all. At breakfast there is only one coffee machine, with many people at the same time there is a traffic jam. However, these shortcomings are comparatively minor.

I had booked over 20 rooms for a larger group of conference attendees. All of them were very satisfied. The rooms are spacious. There is a minibar, it is quiet. You can walk to the city center with a short walk. The breakfast buffet is extensive and also suitable for vegetarians. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. There is also a seating area in the lobby in the back of the building. Internet connection was stable.

The hotel is quite "classic", located a little bit off the centre but it is easy to walk/commute by taxi anywhere you need. Everything was clean, the reception is pleasant. Overall, we had a good stay there.

Sorry the restaurant is closed for the a la carte options, probably because of the pandemic but that's understandable. One issue with the hotel being locked at night, you need to wake people up if you're getting back late from the city or getting out at night.

Great service yet again, our third time at the location. The hotel's location makes it easy to access from the city center, not far from the main boulevard that gets you from the airport quickly. Great large rooms, good amenities in the room, nice common areas. Good breakfast, friendly staff when you need anything. Responsive is special requests We'll be back here when in Chisinau

I wasn’t really satisfied. Firstly, location is so far. Second, there are different buildings and you’ll run into the yards till you reach the reception. Not so good facilities, TV was very small, toilet wasn’t comfy. Depends on your choice

It is very expensive for Moldova and for the quality of the service. Some of the people working there are not really friendly. The guy who takes care of the pool is very unfriendly. Not even a single bottle of water offered in the room. The breakfast is very basic. Not worth the price at all !!

Came as a refugee from Ukraine to Moldova . Paid upon arrival but when checkout a girl in the reception tried to cheat me paying double , after some arguing she admitted she was wrong and that she look at wrong screen and another client . I was still over charged and I almost lost my plane since I spent time arguing with she . Unprofessional please don’t use this hotel , you will regret it .
