Considering that the hotel has 4 stars, the breakfast is too simple. No fresh baked bread, and only very little of the different things. The presentation of the breakfast could have been a lot better.

Everything was perfect.

One of the best hotels I have visited. Glamorous design very comfortable beds and shower with view to a room. I can only say very good if not marvelous. Best service we have ever had. Reception officer's very helpfull and in the crisis situation in the best way solved our problems on 8th of February help with taxi and the speed of solution great. I can only say Thank you very much and I will always recommend this hotel and their service and empoyees. Very nice view from the restaurant and exclusive cusine. Thank you very much once more and next time when we will be in Moldova we will stay in Lion's Hotel.

I got a room not in the main building of the hotel. Ground floor in front of the terrace and near the entry door at the adjacent building.Fortunately it is winter so the terrace wasn’t functioning. Nobody came to help me with the luggage from the reception to the room. The safe box in the room wasn’t functioning properly. After a few tries to fix the problem i got the key of the safe. The restaurant has great reviews but in my opinion it is just average. Exept the chicken soup that was good, the other things that i tried were not good ( from tasteless to uncooked). The guests of the hotel have 10% discount at the restaurant but when you ask the bill nobody asks you about the card for the discount ( once i asked for the bill but I forgot to say that i have a discount). And also when i went for a coffee after the check out they didn’t gave me the discount. When i complained about the uncooked food nobody offered not even an apology.

Even if it’s not the city’s cheapest hotel, it’s still exceptional value for money, with the facilities being excellent, staff helpful, and location superb.

Simply amazing hotel! Everything is so well taken care of. The hotel is quite new and has a really nice decoration style. The rooms are spacious, clean and the mini bar variety is extensive as well with reasonable prices. The breakfast restaurant is just wow and nothing less. Located on the roof, has a magnificent view and fantastic decoration. The breakfast food and drinks selection is worth a separate award: fruit, vegetables, porridges, cold cuts, salmon, hot sausages, steamed vegetables, pancakes and many many more. Incredible drinks variety from hot beverages to fresh juices and champagne (and yes all is included into the breakfast package). The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Anna from reception was simply adorable, made us feel like old friends in her own home. The location is great as well, just 5 minutes from the main street. You can get from the airport by public bus as well, the taxi drive to the railway station will take approximately 15 minutes. Thank you for everything! It was an amazing experience!

My room was located on the groundfloor. Since there's a coffee bar in the inner courtyard, I felt the need of keeping my drapes always shut, for more privacy. This was a bit annoying to be honest.

I liked to location of the Hotel. It was really central, the street was quite quiet, and the staff members were polite. The room was quite clean and well equipped for a work stay.
