The room was extremely clean and in perfect condition. The restaurant offers wonderful breakfast options and generally looks like a 5-star hotel lounge zone. The staff members were very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended👍🏻

Wonderful hotel! Just what we needed after a night flight and before a long ride home. Staff was very helpful and kind even at 4 in the morning :D Room was super clean and beds very comfortable. Breakfast à la carte was very good too (coffee was exquisite!). Location is very convenient - around 20 min drive from the airport. Also hotel has pretty modern interior without lots of golden rococo style elements (which are very common in Chișinău as I can see from Booking :D)

from the critical - even if people from the reception and at the restaurant where super welcoming and nice, staff from the rest of facilities (cleaning, room service) never ever sad hello to me or to my wife, even if we greeted them several times. it was strange. it’s my first time when in hotels I have to greet the staff and I don’t receive a “hello” back. the absence of the kettle in the room was a small problem cause I was with a one year old baby. Also the total absence of the ramp for baby stroller on the stairs outside was quite uncomfortable.

the property has a good location, very welcoming staff at the reception and at the restaurant. comfortable and clean place. the Wi-Fi and bath accessories are good.

Very comfortable and modern room, slept like a log. Very smart and modern throughout especially the rooftop restaurant. Very nice breakfast. Great location near to the centre. All the staff were friendly and polite. Felt great value.

Miss advertising on booking on many points.

I have tried to mention to the staff, but none took on board. For such a star hotel, is a lot of faults, shame as position and comfort is exceptional. You need to be ready for A la Carte Breakfast and if you want second coffee will cost you 2.5 euros - was shock for me when the coffee comes so small anyway. The parking is advertise and is there if you manage to get in. The noise from events is quite bad and none apologies or warns you. I felt disappointed mainly because is such nice hotel and we tried it first time and last unfortunately.

the food elevator is always quite loud to the restaurant. sounds like a large mechanical motor with the elevator going up and down. the room prices on booking.com also increased sadly.

the beds are SO comfy, beautiful showers and the restaurant on the top floor is incredible!

A noisy restaurant elevator a bit disturbing. A room cleaning service provided only on demand, so put a tag "Please Clean the Room" outside the door in the morning if you want your room to be cleaned. They are not coming by default. There are no kettle in the room and no coffee/tea, also no any plates, spoons, forks or knives in the room, a wine glasses only. A refrigerator with a minibar is not cooling well, so everything inside are not much colder then the room temperature. There are no adjustment for the refrigerator temperature. Refrigerator was replaced after problem has been reported but another one was the same not cooling well. Lavatory Exhaust fan was not operational and was not replaced or repaired during 5 days after reporting of the problem.

It's an outstanding a la carte restaurant, but a breakfast that is included in the room fare presumed a selection of the one dish and 1 drink only out of the menu that is a beat insufficient. Very good Smart TV with Netflix, Youtube and other online services. Good internet speed on Wi-Fi in the room. Nice room design.
