Our room was straight in front of the road, so it was a little bit noisy. It takes some time for the warm water to finally come in the shower.

This is a great value for anyone looking for a good stay in Moldova. Location is good, the hotel stuff is incredibly helpful and nice, the room was clean and well maintained.

One thing that really disappointed was that you cannot pay with a credit card, only by cash. And it is not mentioned while you are booking. I was not going to spend my cash on it. The road nearby is busy so it can be noisy if you keep the window open.

The location is almost in the center and there is a bus stop nearby. Though the room is not very big, it is nice with a comfortable bed and mirrored wardrobe. The bathroom is pretty good. Everything is perfectly clean. I liked the shower essentials. In general, the staff is friendly. Especially, the girl on the reception, who offered us an umbrella as it was pouring heavily, and she helped with more hangers.

They do not offer breakfast on location, only a bar. When asked, I received no recommendation of a nearby place to have breakfast, although there was a place called Keks a few hundred meters away which is suitable.

I would not hesitate to give a straight 9 or 10 as I have done in the past elsewhere but here I was struggling between a 7 and an 8 simply because during my first night there was excessive noise coming form the front desk area. People chatting, loughing loud, occasionally slamming doors, with some music every now and then. With my room located on the ground floor and right behind the front desk area all this was not easy to miss or to ignore, especially as it carried on well after 23:00. Now, there are two possibilities: Either the staff were having a little party with some friends or the guests were being noisy with the staff not stopping them, and I do not know which one is worse in my book. The noise died out shortly after midnight, yet again, if I wanted to stay in a hostel I would have done so. The second night was dead quiet, although I had to leave in the middle of it. I understand that this may have been an one-off, and they guys were super nice and friendly and I am really struggling with the rating here as I do not want to be unfair, but still. Could do with an overhead lamp or light on the desk too, but this is minor compared to what I mentioned.

We arrived before check-in time (we had informed the hotel about that prior to arrival) and even though our room was ready, we had to pay 5 euros for early check-in. It ain't much but still was kinda weird. The alternative was to wait till 15:00, which wouldn't be a convenient option for us.

The room was big and well heated (we stayed in winter). Location is also great. City downtown with a shopping mall nearby. For tourists on a budget, who'd prefer to take a bus to the airport, it's a great option since the bus stop is 5 min walk from the hotel. Overall, good value for money we paid.

The location is a bit far from the city centre. And when a new guest comes into the hotel, I guess, it’s expected to turn to this person in English or country’s official language instead of any other one.

However, the room was marked as 'laptop-friendly', but the desk was disappointing. The desk was too shallow for comfortable work, and its glass top made it uncomfortable to rest my arms on. The room was generally clean, but I noticed some stains on the curtains and carpet that looked like dried sperm.

First off, the hotel features an excellent location. Everything you need is nearby: restaurants, affordable cafes, grocery stores, and it's right at the start of the central streets. The rooms use digital keys, which I believe are safer than traditional ones. The beds and pillows in the room were incredibly comfortable.
