I enjoyed my stay at the hotel overall. A few minor drawbacks were the lack of an elevator; however, the porter was always cheerful and ready to assist with luggage. The breakfast offered was simple but satisfactory.

The reception staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly upon check-in. The room was spacious and maintained with impeccable cleanliness. The WiFi service was quite reliable, requiring only a single login, which was very convenient. I didn't have the chance to dine at the on-site restaurant, but the menu appeared to be very exciting and promising.

Very nice clean hotel, convenient location close to city center. Rooms are spacious enough with comfortable bed, bath tube, bathrobe and electric kettle👍 Restaurant in the hotel is a big advantage, no need to go anywhere, food is freshly prepared and tasty. The best offer in the city IMHO.

"The big boss" (manager? owner?) of the hotel needs some anger control course or something. Was shouting at personnel all the time so the whole hotel could hear it. I'm not exaggerating - we stayed 2 nights and could hear him drilling his subordinates every single day.

The rooms are super spacious, very clean, and breakfast is nice, too. I fell sick during my stay in Moldova, and they helped me so much 🙏 the receptionist even went to the pharmacy for me, and she checked in multiple times a day to see how I was doing (as I was travelling by myself). I’m very grateful and I wholeheartedly recommend everyone to stay there!

The staff is excellent, both at the front desk and at the restaurant. The location is very good, at least for my purpose. Anyway, it is a 1o minutes walk from the very centre. The hotel is missing nothing for a regular business stay. The restaurant is highly recommended - the food is excellent, and the wines are amazing. This was my second stay at the hotel, and I will be glad to return.

Parking. I wasn’t offered secure off road parking. It’s such a narrow one way street . Surprised I didn’t get any damage.

They have Comfy and cozy rooms. Also breakfast was perfect. Staff was so helpful. Especially Luiba was so kind and nice. They even gifted us a champagne and a plate of fruits and biscuits. Also place was so quite. If you want a calming stay in chisinau, totally recommended.

The breakfast should be from 7 am instead of 8 am especially for people who are there for business and they have meetings that start at 8.30. The hotel direction shall find a solution for the bugs.

The cleaning could be improved as I only saw the maids replacing amenities and blanket. They didn’t clean the toilet, for instance.

Room was clean but a bit dated, so may need upgrades. No elevators is a challenge but climbing up and down stairs was good exercise :)

Great location, short walking distance to Stefan cel Mare Boulevard, Strada Bucuresti, Dinamo Stadium and the beautiful Dendrariu Park. Felt safe to walk around even during late evenings. Staff is fantastic and always helpful. Lunch and dinner at the restaurant downstairs is very good, with wonderful Moldovan/Romanian/Ukrainian dishes.

The location is just a little bit off the beaten track but still in 10 mins light walk from the city center. The hotel is classified as 3-star, but could easily get 4. The room size is generous and the furniture is pretty new. Everything is crystal clean, and the cleaning staff are very helpful and nice. Breakfast is very good
