The pillows were too small and uncomfortable. The water in the pool was too cold. The hotel doesn’t offer lunch and dinner, but at least you can use apps like Glovo to order.

It’s a small hotel, very well taken care of. There’s no big crowds, it’s in a quiet place. The rooms are exceptionally clean. The receptionists were very polite and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and very healthy. Also you can visit the sauna and steam room + pool for a small extra fee.

The location is s bit far from city center if yoy are traveling with kids. It’s actually 10 min walk but with kids it took us 20-30 minutes

I arrived at 8a.m. in the morning and asked for early check-in. There was a room available, but I was informed that early check-in is possible only for a separate price (appx. 5 usd per each hour till 2p.m.), which was additional 30 usd. I told that I will not stay overnight, so in my opinion hotel could provide me with a room without extra charges. This was not realy client orinted.

My room was quite big, clean and comfortable, the bed was really big and cosy. Good location close to the center places of interest.

The staff at the reception should be more trained to serve a guest. Some were nice others not very friendly. Also they had a problem to print out the bill.

The breakfast was very good as well as the athmospehre and rooms.

The location of the hotel is quite convenient, you can easily get to the centre by taxi or even walking. Lots of restaurants, shops and bars around. The reception staff are amazing, guys were super helpful and friendly. Totally could rely on them. I absolutely loved the spa area, totally worth your time. Definitely would choose this hotel one more time.

The bath was fine for me - but if you are a little on the large side - that might be tricky to squeeze in! The shower over bath worked well. Som elf the staff were a little grumpy, others were very helpful.

Breakfast was very good. Good choices. Good location - 10 mins walk from the centre. Quiet and clean. Rooms were a good size. Good comfy kingsize bed.

There was brown water coming from the tap. Staying 9 nights at the hotel and when asked for 2 bottles of water and getting a reply that it wasnt for free genuinely felt humiliating. But I guess that wasnt the ordinary staff but a part time worker.Becasue that was never the problem the days before.
