The room was above the kitchen, it was a bit too noisy in the morning. We would have like sleeping a bit more !

Welcoming staff. Nice big room with a direct access to the swimming pool. Good breakfast with lot of choices. Easy check-in and check out. Low prices.

The hotel is small with no elevator . I have to drag my luggage all the way to the reception on very high stair then on another stair to my room . The room has a minibar refrigerator but it was hot . I asked for Ice but they said they do not have.

The reception girls and kitchen staff are super , The room is large and clean with balcony. The hotel have a nice swimming pool

Hair dryer very old and doesn’t work well

Very quiet, clean, comfortable room with a nice balcony. Great breakfast too!

No elevator at property of 3 floors, plus long stair climb to entrance, which was a problem for a mobility impaired person with luggage. Swimming pool was not clean. “Skylight” windows had no blinds which meant buildings next to property could see into room.

Wish the pool was working, but I was there at the end of the season. Most places do winterization on this time of the year. So not a big deal.

I like this very cute hotel, staff was really nice. Moldovan People are honest and good people. I woke up late and almost miss my transfer, but Kristina was very nice. She ordered a cab, and called the bus company to let them know I would be late. She also helped me with my laundry the night before I leave. I booked more than 10 hotels within the past 3 months, and I would say this place is quite a charming hotel.

after a long and exhausting way from Kyiv, we were searching for a calm place to stay. but, one "surprise came after another" in the Shadow Hotel. first, we've been offered another room, instead of what we booked. we (2women) came to the hotel with a kid and 3 heavy valises, and saw a huge stairs (38 steps!) before the entrance. the staff refused to help to deliver the laggage up. then, the receptionist offered the room, that was located on the attic(3rd floor with no elevator), with small windows that don't open, no balcony(that should be accordig to the discription on booking.com ). the air conditioner didn't work, though it was a heat and hard to breathe there. before the check-in I called the reception to ask if we can order a lunch and they said, it's possible in the hotel restaurant. also, as we were checking out early in the morning, we wanted to order a breakfast box to go. when we sat in the empty(!) restaurant, the staff rejected to serve, as "they had another order". as it appeared later, when we went to have a rest in the room, the owner of the hotel had a party in the restaurant that night. so we couldn't sleep with the kid, because of the disco and karaoke there, it felt as it was in the very room. had to contact booking.com call center to resolve the issue(really appreciate the help). only after this, the reception have assured us that the music will be turned off after 10.00 p. m. (before the party was announced till 1.00) and we will get our breakfast box finally. in the morning, when we checked out (the reception was informed beforehand), it appeared that a man, who should have helped us will the laggage, left a hotel 5 min before. though, we had to carry it from the 3rd floor and down the steps outside again by our own. do not recommend this property to anyone, because of the owner's and staff's attitude to the customer's service.

Address on Booking. Com is wrong. Had serious problems finding the hotel. Instead of Bld Natiunilor Unite, the correct address is Str Pietrariei 9/1. The restaurant works only for breakfast. The pool is outside not inside and unheated. Mosquitoes...everywhere.

We booked this hotel and received the confirmation and after, the hotel called us to inform us that they cannot accomodate us because they dont have room available. They propose us another hotel, more expensive and in another area. It was the worse experience. We had to search for another accomodation in the middle of the night. It was zero respect for the customer.

Customer service is running a scam. I got frightened for my life and safety, I had to flee from the hands of this hotel after they found out I'm from the US after they felt they could charge me other costs of the hotel that I wasnt suppose to pay for, and wasnt notified that it wasnt free, such as the use of a sauna. The girl at night said I could use it with no problems, and did not say that I will have to pay for it. So I used it for 2 hours for a very good reason. And that is because my room that I was staying at was cold and i've got really sick staying there. I've got really sick the first night because the heater did not work at the room, The room 313 did not have the immenities, i paid for, such as the balcony, hot tub, or a simple working heater. I got really sick and bought many medications for my throat to survive. When I started running for my life, from this evil hotel owner, after he wanted to punch me in the face, After I admitted that I'm not going to pay you for the sauna because I wasn't informed that it's not free. I threw my bags into the taxi, and we took cover. He started chasing us, then blocked us in the middle of the road with his vehicle, and got out of his vehicle. I thought he was going to shoot us, but he punched our window really badly. And being frightened for our lives, we managed to escape. He kept chasing us for a while. We got this owners face on camera. Next day I received a police report by text message to appear in court. I am very unsatisfied with this hotel. I would like all of my money back please.. This hotel needs to be banned from booking.com For not knowing what proper customers service is. I wish no one ever gets scammed by this hotel. I'm attaching a photo of this owner's face, and how much medications I had to buy for getting sick at his hotel.
