We just didn’t like the gate to the parking, ut was hard to come in and go out of the parking spot with the big cars.

The kitchen lacks some utensils. So If you want to open a wine bottle, or cut a watermelon, better come prepared. :) Luckily, neighbors from the market which is right across the road were there to help. Also, having market that close is super convinient.

The location is easily reachable. Quite close to the main road, and not too far from the beach. The home is in the second line, but we could use the terrace from the house in front. The place we stayed in has a cute terrace too, with a really lovely hammock, and swing chair..

No microwave. There are no sponges and rags in the kitchen (there is nothing to wash the dishes with). There is no trash can.

If you go to Ada Bojana, you have to know where you are going and to be in touch with nature and to know what nature is.... it is specific kind of enjoyment that you have to be prepared for. You cant expect good Internet and no bugs or some commodities that just doesnt exist on Ada Bojana. These facilities were very good compared to the once that are available there.

Ada Bojana is an amazing place and this facility is in good standing, it is relatively new and has a very nice view

Place was missing some basic amenities, but I understand that it was before the season started, and we didn't really care that much about it, I got into the car and went to the store that is 10 minutes away.

The place felt like an interesting mix between Ada Bojana cottages and some american style houses, we really liked it. It is not right next to the river, more like second row, but the balcony has a great view. Has a few nice details that really improve the overall impression.

This property is in the second row and it has limitted view from the top balcony. It was not clear to me when i booked.

Overall very nice place to stay. New, modern and clean. Car parkning was good too. Shops and restaurants are very close.

A bit pricy for what you get, not perfectly clean and noisy area because of music from neighboring apartments/clubs and cars passing close to the house

The place itself is cosy, has beautiful interior, terrace with river view. Nice for couples. Hosts are friendly and allow to use their access to the river, canoe and other equipment.

I had to buy everything for the kitchen, there was no salt, sugar, or oil, not much cutlery, and dishes and there was just one roll of toilet paper.. just some things that are not expensive would make the guest's stay much easier :)

It is a beautiful, clean, comfy house, the location is fantastic, and the host is very kind :)

Our only issue was with cleanness of the place. On the second night of our stay, I noticed bites all over my arms - we had bed bugs in our bed. This really put us off of returning to this accomodation.

Host was really helpful! We ended renting and the house in front (river house) because of the beautiful views and vibe.

Aircondition doesnt work, there is no enought kitchen equipment, no small spoons, no coffee cap, no owen, no microwave, but there are stowe(hot plate). No tv or any entertainment. Only one set of towels, no change. No way to wash anything.

Location is very good but not enoght for this price. House has potential, it should be equiped much better.

No towels, luckily I have brought some but I am sure that if I said I needed them host would provide us in short time.

The house is so so charming, I really loved it. The location is perfect, walk to the beach is beautifull, restaurants with great food nearby. I loved having morning coffee at the terrace, the bed is comfty and the sheets are great. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back.
