Adriatic apartments are located in the first line near the sea,so the location is excellent,they have market and pizzeria in front of the house. Everything was clean and the host was very friendly,and we had welcome drinks on the house :) Has a private parking on the site

In 5 nights holiday, cleaning was done only once The room that we received is too close (common wall with Ardi pizzeria), in the early morning we heard when they were preparing tables, chairs and so on

As minus points, we had a few in the 11 days we stayed: - Room cleaning was never done. (No Swept and mopped the floor for 11 days) - bed sheets in 11 days changed only once. - in the kitchenette the stove didn't work - we boiled a few eggs in 2 hours, and water for a cup of coffee boiled in 30 minutes. - The sewage in the bathroom smelled awful. if you left the bathroom door open you couldn't stay in the room because of the unpleasant smell you could see from the drains. - although we had a terrace with chairs, table, and umbrella, it could not be used because there were cats on the property who slept on the chairs at night which were covered in sponge, and in the morning, it was just hair and cat mess. - Although we specified in our booking that we wanted breakfast (which was 7 euros at the time of booking), when we arrived the price was 10 euros per person. The owner was extremely polite and told us we could eat for 7 euro, but from the restaurant, on none of the days did they serve us with breakfast confirming the deal and each time we had to order from the menu and pay for whatever we ordered. The problem was that instead of 7 euros per person as the normal breakfast cost, you ended up paying 15 euros per person and with 4 people the difference was noticeable. (Here there was a miscommunication between the owner and the restaurant manager). The fact is that out of 11 days we could only eat breakfast twice. However, these little inconveniences could not spoil our holiday and if we had to choose again, for Ulcjin, this property would still be our choice, only we would know what to discuss beforehand. Certainly, the rooms on the upper floors are better.

Location is questionable. It's next to the grand beach, but very far from the city center. Closer to the hotel there are a lot of restaurants, but all low quality. Also, next door there is a huge all-inclusive hotel with veeeeeeery loud music until midnight. If you close the window, you won't hear it, but it's impossible to relax in a balcony. The bathroom is old, towels are very rigid

The hotel is nice for its' money. Everything is clean, there is a fridge in the room, staff is helpful. Welcome drink from the pizzeria :)

Marian made my short stay at Adriatic Apartments as great as it could be. I had a late arrival planned anyway but then my bus was 1.5 hours late and he was there when i arrived at 12:30AM to quickly get me checked in so i could rest. He was very helpful, giving me advice about where to jog, suggesting vegetarian friendly restaurants, even thoughtful enough to leave an umbrella outside my door when it started raining. The room was not necessarily fancy but it was comfortable, and had everything i needed, included a mini fridge & even a drying rack for my wet beach stuff. The location was perfect for me, as I just wanted to chill at the beach for a couple days and it's 2 min from the long beach. If you want to party or visit the old city you'll need to take a taxi or stay closer but this is great for beach time and a relaxed atmosphere. You've still got plenty of choices for dinner and places to hang out in the evening. I would definitely recommend Adriatic Apts and would stay again if I'm back.

This place is the best hotel at the Ulcinj beach. I cant believe that we were so lucky to find this place! Very quiet with a great view to the sea and the beach. Right above the market and the restaurant. 5 mins away from the hotel, you have an amazing view point to see the sunset in the evening. The personal were very friendly and nice! There is a huge balcony in the first floor with beautiful flowers and sofas that can be used by all and the owner gave us coffee and juice while we were sitting there. In our room, everything was very clean and comfortable. We have enjoyed our stay very much! Thank you!

Street that leads to the property from the main road is preety narrow, so it knows to be a bit confusing.

Apartments are very close to the begining of the Velika beach. There is a parking space that belongs to the property. Host is a great guy, you can really feel the hospitality. Apartments vary by the size and some of them are with the sea view.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

The hosts were so amazing! We were welcomed with free drinks on arrival and when we requested for laundry, they even provided us that facility for free (washed our clothes and hung them out to dry for us)! Also, this property accepts credit card payment, unlike many other properties. The location is great, right at one end of the Long Beach. However, it is a little far from Old Town. I also loved their large terrace which is a great place to enjoy the sunset from. The rooms are also quite spacious!
